Great location connecting to different places in istanbul. Clean hotel they clean rooms all the time. Friendly staff. Spacious room and nice view

The AC doesn't get below 23 and it takes long time to get cold. The pillows are not from good quality. The breakfast is very standard and lacks variety of food such as fruits, cakes, muffins, waffles, and different types of juice. The lighting system is annoying either you turn on most of the light or all off

The friendliness of the staff was truely amazing. Breakfast was good with good quality food and a traqualising view. I had breakfast at the hotel during my entire stay! Di not want to miss the sun rising on the Golden Horn. Beautiful view with goid food & attentive staff. The room was spotless. It was cleaned twice aday. We had nice notes & chocolates on our bed every evening. Bathroom is big & comfortable. Bed is NICE. The shuttel service was a plus. I used a free ride from the hotel to some major streets in Istanbul. I would happily stay again in Clarion whenever back again to Istanbul.

The location was good for me as I get overwhelmed with Istanbul busy life & streets. The hotel was my remote quietness in the morning & at night when i'm back. However, to those who enjoy the busy Istanbul I say be noted that the hotel is far away from all major attractions. There isn't anything to see in the area of the hotel. Therefore, the hotel provides free rides to places like Taqseem or Vadi Istanbul and the. Airport and so on.

we really enjoyed our stay at this property! We had missed a flight back to the US and needed to extend our stay until our next flight. This was very stressful for us because we had work commitments and were traveling with family, so we had to scramble to get flights home. Birsen was helped us so much to ensure we knew what to do to make our flights home, and we are so grateful for that. the hotel is very nice and relaxing. you can see the Bosporus and miniaturk across the street. at the beginning of our trip, we had stayed a few nights in another hotel closer to the center of town (we had traveled to multiple cities in turkey on our travels). interestingly enough, the cab rides here to the center of town were far more convenient than being in Taksim (when we were in taksim, cab rides took more than an hour to get anywhere, whereas at this hotel, it only took 20 minutes by cab to get to Topkaki). this hotel is far more relaxing than other options in predictable places like Taksim and Sultanahmet. you can’t go wrong booking here! I recommend it!

there was nothing I didn’t like

Food is great, rooms are spacious and tidy, the staff is brilliant, especially Ms. Malak - thank a lot to her for keeping in mind all the requests. The big plus is a noise isolation - you can barely hear something inside the room. If you use taxi or rent a car, the access to the major highways is very easy - no need to drive through the busy areas. Try to book a room with a bay view - it is awesome.

(Not a hotel problem) Unfortunately, the location of hotel lacks big grocery stores, cafe's, pubs, etc - you will most likely have to take a taxi (or walk for a while :D). But, on the other side - no noise from the street.

Just take care of going to Outside seafood restaurant around the hotel. They are very expensive and the food is not that good. you will these restaurants flyers in Hotel reception so my advice is to ignore them.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have visited! The staff throughout the hotel are so nice and helpful! The whole team is top notch! A special thanks to, - Magnolia - Furkan - Gokcem - Chef Taner - Mert - Naile these are names I can remember but all the staff are so nice! And its a child-friendly hotel! My 1.5-year-old son love the staff. - the cleaning staff, the rooms are always as clean and I have never experienced problems with the shower or anything in the room. Wifi access everywhere. Fitness room, not so big but has most of the equipment, very happy there too. Incredibly good food, the breakfast is fantastic, the view is Beautiful! We are extending the stay on the hotel, we are so satisfied! and we will definitely visit the hotel again!

Absolutely loved this experience❤️❤️❤️!!! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Clarion Hotel Golden Horn went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. the attention to detail was impressive,because they brought me a cake on my birthday 🎁 🎂 and housekeepers always made sure that we have enough stuff such as water,shampoo,etc… But what truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were always available to help with any request, and their kindness and professionalism were genuinely heartwarming. It also had a restaurant with a breathtaking view of the city The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of amazing restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We can't wait to return and experience the magic of Clarion Hotel again!"

Everything is lovely and beautiful. the staff are super helpful, the rooms are cozy and clean, room service is always on time and efficient, their breakfast is delicious and tasty, everything is gorgeous and it was a great experience with them, 1st but never the last

i didn’t know that the rooms that doesn’t have a view have windows for the hotel from the inside, it’s beautiful, but we don’t know when it’s sunny, cloudy, etc. but if you want a view to the lake or the street, choose your room to be with a view. if it doesn’t matter don’t worry rooms that have windows to the hotel itself are clean, cost, and beautiful

The view was perfect, the room was cozy and cleaned properly when asked. And every day when we came back to the hotel we had kind notes and chocolates on the bed by the staff. The staff were polite and spoke good English (In Turkey scale, not Britain:D). The breakfast was at the rooftop with an astonishing view.

The location was far from every sightseeing place we wanted to visit. There was a shuttle at the hotel we could use sometimes but mostly we had to take taxis otherwise we had to change buses and metro lines to get to places. Although the breakfast was great we had one dinner at the restaurant and it was so fancy but not as high qualified as the price of it.

Ms. Malak from Guest Relations took us all the way to our room and explained what is complementary and what is chargeable in the room. It was the first hotel to do this in my life which I had so much respect for. Ms Hana used to ask us everyday on breakfast if we needed anything extra in our room. Also she guided us for the best shopping areas around the city. The whole staff in hotel were giving an exceptional service. I think it is the only hotel in my life which I felt like I need to visit it again

Weak water pressure in bathroom and the water would leak outside the shower box and no ventilation in the bathroom.
