Good breakfast, great room which was better than I expected.

The taxi service could be and should be better, for the price you charge (70 euro for a trip to the one way ride to the city center, while the same service can be booked for 45 euro). Also, your taxi driver should be a bit more humble and not ask for tips: for a one way ride from hotel to IST airport (only a few kilometresaway) he asked for a 200 lira tips. This behaviour is deeply inappropriate I believe. Otherwise, everything else was great.

staff was great. very nice location if you want to stay near the airport.

we were just arriving to the room and while we were going inside a lady from next door start shouting about she couldn’t sleep because everyone was smashing doors. this has nothing to do with the hotel but was very bad and rude while we were just arriving to the room and had nothing to do with the previous noise. Doors are actually noisy as there is a small alarm ringing every time door is opened/ closed.

It is just 10 mins drive from the airport so if you have an early morning flight, it is very convenient. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Their airport pickup and drop service was great (35 Euros to and fro). They had a USB port in the room for charging devices which was great if you didn't have an adapter for European plug points.

The hotel is clean and charming, but it is in a village. The restaurant does not serve any alcohol so if you like beer or wine with your meals, then please buy it from the airport as there are no shops close by. Meals at the restaurant are expensive for Turkey - we paid more than 60 Euros for dinner for 2 of us ( without any drinks, starters or dessert).

Spacious room. Fresh air. Nice territory. Very good breakfasts at Restaraunt. Great staff in the Restaraunt. Mohammed at reception is so amazing. Helped us a lot. We booked a vip transfer from airport and to the Airport. The car was big and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Menalo hotel.

We travelled with a child. 4 years. There is no playground for children at all. I think playground is needed. Swings, slide are necessary. There is a big territory to make the kid's corner outside. And maybe inside when winter and raining. Also please turn on music in Restaraunt. Without music it is so quiet. We were afraid to speak loud. Calm background music is needed. And very dark rooms in the evening because of little light. More lamps please. If you will make all this Menalo will be the best hotel.

Modern property with nice, attractive grounds just 5 minutes or so from the airport by taxi. Second time we’ve stayed here and it feels very relaxed and comfortable. Big room (with separate bedroom and lounge) with good facilities. All of the staff are very polite and helpful, including Furkan and Sems (who asked for a name drop but, to be fair, were genuinely welcoming and helpful). Breakfast was pleasant and in pleasant, light and airy restaurant.

Nothing really. There’s nothing around it so it’s effectively a comfortable overnight stop convenient for the airport.

Breakfast food quality was horrible. Ingredients used were old and poorly handled.

I arrived at the hotel in the evening and left early in the morning so I only saw the premises in the dark, but I liked the style of the restaurant as well as the different buildings set in a garden and nicely illuminated in the evening. The transfer service offered by the hotel worked very well, together with the information received prior to my stay. It is a great option if you want to be close to the airport. The staff were super friendly, and I even received a room upgrade. Would certainly stay again.

A waste paper basket in the room would have been useful, but maybe it was there and I did not see it....

Really friendly staff! We especially appreciate FURKAN who was very professional and kind. Our room was spacious and clean. Only about a ten minute taxi ride to the airport. A few things to be aware of though: 1) If you are a couple, you must show a MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, 2) use Uber to taxi to/from the airport to save money (ours was about $7 which is better than the $20ish the hotel charges), and 3) does not serve alcohol. If you are okay with those things, I highly recommend this place.

Expensive restaurant (although delicious). Doesn't take American Express.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. The communication from the time of booking until check out was top notch. The driver waited almost an hour for us because our flight was late and it took a long time to get our bags. The view was amazing and the room was very comfortable and roomy. We woke up too late for breakfast but the staff escorted us to the restaurant and they made coffee for us. The restaurant was so nice and cozy. We enjoyed the atmosphere while we waited to go to the airport

Proximity to the airport is an absolute winner. Very friendly and accommodating staff particularly Aydemir & Sems on the front desk. Very efficient and inexpensive airport transfers. Good room size. Generous Turkish Breakfast.

Being Vegan/Vegetarian the restaurant menu was very limiting for us, however for carnivores excellent choices but a tad expensive. Surprised with the extensive grounds that there was not a swimming pool. Would have lifted its appeal immensely. Not unsurprisingly - no alcohol - did me no harm!!!
