The location is 5 minutes distance from de metro station and it’s really close to a good restaurant!

I asked for a room with balcony and they dindn’t gave me!

Hotel can arrange a taxi sharply when you go to airport, stay in touch with them. Hotel staff are informative and very helpful. good to be in central place. I like their heater in winter, working immediately.

- The hotel does not have sound isolation, next room talking at night makes you wake up easily. - There is no setup to limit your TV voice centrally, you can increase volume at midnight or early morning. - Taxi in istanbul is a bit annoying, I always failed to get taxi instantly. Yes, hotel can book it in advanced especially for airport drop, but instantly waiting on the street around hotel is very difficult, I missed 5 empty taxi and they dont stop.

First the hotel staff very nice and smiley people , when I extend my stay they update me to a room which it was sooo big and luxury . Location : within a 5 minutes walk to a big famous mall Capitol , and the same distance to MTR or bus stations and a plenty of restaurants and coffee shops ( even I had my dinner in the hotel itself for few nights - good menu and tasty dishes- Breakfast : same thing : very kind and happy staff there too, food : all types of what you expect Plus free business center to use and can use the printer as well if needed- I did- . I would like to thank Yesim from the housekeeping & the great front disk men Sergen ,Berke ,yigit & his shift co partner as well, I love istanbul more because of you guys !! See you again ! :)

Nothing I don’t like .

I found the hotel very comfortable, we got a pretty big room. If something was not right then they would try & compensate us! If you want to stay at the Asia side of Istanbul & not spend a lot this is a safe choice! Plus the location is good as outside walking up you have such a good & affordable restaurant to your right & the best kunefeh to your left!

The jacuzzi was not working! But they compensated us with fresh fruit platters.

Restaurant and room service work 24h and it is a service very appreciated by a businessman. Moreover the quality of the food is excellent

Courteous and helpfull staff including reception, room cleaning, and restaurant. Many supermarkets nearby (migros, BIM, Sok, and A101) that will cater to most of your needs. Capitol mall less than 10 minute walk. Room with balcony perfect for drying hand-washed clothes. Area is primarily an Academic and Hospital area. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but i personally did not like the hot dishes, but this is a personal and subjective opinion. The buffet has hot dishes slightly varying every day, cold meat cuts, many cheeses, olives, jams, sweets, breads, cereals, fruits, and cold and hot drinks.

We stayed here for treatment at Acibadem hospital. The hospital is 15 minutes walking distance which is probably fast enough instead of waiting for taxi or uber. The hotel is not in a touristic area. You can reach Uskudar ferry station in about 35 minutes walk down hill. From there you can catch a ferry boat to reach eminunu (sultanahmet, grand bazaar, and misr bazaar), or european istanbul (taksim), ortakoy, and Kadikoy. From there you can also catch the Marmaray tunnel metro to Sirkici (Eminunu). Area well served by public transport (eg. Buses and M5 metro near Capitol mall). Google maps will tell you which bus line to take and where to catch it. It is almost impossible to take a taxi from front of the hotel, you can walk to the nearby main street or use Uber.

This is a continuation of my earlier review. If you like to tour, the following areas will be within reasonable reach: Uskudar Ferry station and nearby shops and markets, Camelica hilltop overlooking bosphor, Camelica Cami (a new mosque; i recall largest in Turkey) near Camilica hilltop with Islamic Civilization Museum, Communication Tower with closed observation views. All can be reached by buses, taxis, or walking (30 to 60 minutes). From Uskudar Ferry Station you can reach the old city and the European side.

I think price was much higher than what i am used to pay in Istanbul area. But since we are in the summer touristic season, this is understandble. I got a welcome gift on two bookings, but unfortunately not the third!

The breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. There is a spa with free facilities, pool, steam, sauna and hammam. Unfortunately the steam room was not working and when I asked about the hammam, I was told I can use it but I would have to do it myself, I have never been in a hammam so I had no idea what do it myself meant, otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. THE SHOWER IS AMAZING!!!!!! Yes that requires capital letters, I could have spent hours there if it wasn't so wasteful....enjoy the shower!

Centralized air conditioner noisy , without control ( just heat , no fan ) , only start and stop . I had to stop it at night in order to sleep
