The rooms and the breakfast were good. The bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. nice Turkish coffee from the lounge area.

The service at the front counter and the concierge were terrible. possible language barrier. the location of this property is terrible. its not close to any nice shops or restaurants with lovely cobblestone lanes etc.

Excellent locagion in one of the most modern area of the city, the mall is a 5 min walk, all neceaaitiea around. The amenities, everything you need is available in the room, soap and towels in the bathroom, coffee machine and pods available, teas, and even small chocolates. Fully equipped kitchen, Staff verry attentive, the self check in process is very easy. Parking included.

Ece in Pullman reception made sure my accommodation was up to standard and informed me about all the facilities in the hotel. Superb service, hygiene, and quality.

The area of the hotel is not as nice, but I believe this is true for almost all locations in Istanbul.

everything ok ... maybe a little noise from trafic even i had a room at higher level ( not very good windows ) i didn't received an invoice ... yet, and i sent a lot of emails ... :(

The hotel has taken serious measures and necessary actions to be able to provide an excellent experience and hygiene service in consideration of Covid-19. The mask and hand sanitizer are available and accessible while all hotel staff and guests wear mask in public area. The hotel provide services for PCR Test in case you need it. They will make the appointment with the Hospital to take your sample. The result is ready in 4 hours. The hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and wonderful, always with big smiles. Special thanks to the Reception team for their hospitality and kind assistance. The food is great and room service is very quick! The hotel granted me for a special late check out as my flight was in the evening, very accommodating!

The hotel room design interior is beautiful black, very masculine and dark. I prefer the plain white and bright bedroom but if you like black bedroom, you will like it.

Hotel was clean, staff very helpful.inside hotel lobby area was quiet and peaceful

Disadvantage was location. Surrounded by expressways and unable to get them shops and restaurants without transport

There must be a special room for smoking.
