The facility is a bit old, past already its glory days but: it has an AMAZING gym (all that you need and more) a swimming pool and a sauna (dry & wet).. Breakfast is very well served and with a great deal of food to chose from, it is probably one of the most well-rounded business hotels I like to stay in when in Turkey.

Beer's a bit way too expensive in the lobby :D .. The wet sauna is falling apart since last time I visited (needs a good cleaning and revamp). There was a cold water bucket at the exit of the dry sauna that I loved. They chose to replace it with a shower. Way less heart attacks I guess.. But it was a nice touch to the proper sauna culture..

The location and cleanliness

They added extra charge for one kid of 6 years old And charged more for early check in although we are frequent guests and usually we book 9 days or more

All were good and met the expectations. I want to thank Firdes/Guest relation supervisor for her care and availability for any comment or request. She is so nice and very cooperative

behavior of staff at the breakfast. They need to be more friendly with guests and smile The selection of breakfast needs to be improved with more choices

I book this hotel for May 4-6, but unfortunately, my flight was cancelled, leading that I couldn't attend the exhibition in Instanbul. Later, I contacted the hotel, the manager Aynur GÜLER sent me an approval to remain two night for me, so that I can come and stay next time. Very kind and highly appreciated. Amazing. Nice hotel. Spa, pool was great. Indoor and outdoor. Was amazing for taking pics around hotel !! Great location, big mall opposite hotel. Helpful staff. Will be coming more on future.. Overall great..

Ac wasnt cool enough, Snacks and mini bar was not free in the room. Had to put 500 lira as deposit. Incase if we use it, hotel deduct from deposit. No UK charger was available in hotel to charge mobile. Had to buy charger for 50 Turkish lira from hotel. There wasn't a centre light in the room.

I loved everything about it. the hotel was really clean, the staffs were so nice and always smiling. they will literally do everything to make you enjoy your stay at the hotel.. the breakfast was excellent, even when the kitchen wasn’t serving my favorite sausage on a particular day. the staffs made sure to prepare it. Zubeyde is a really lovely lady.. I love them all from the security to the cleaning staffs but unfortunately can’t remember their name

The room was nice and clean. I liked the breakfast options as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I tried to shower, it got very humid and I could not figure out how to turn on any exhausts. The bathroom slippers were also hidden in a closet and should have been placed in a more obvious place.

It's a lovely hotel with great facilities but not very close to the centre (Taksim etc), however there is a nice row of shops next door and also a shopping mall opposite. Boxing rung in the gym! and great spa.

We had an altercation with a taxi outside the hotel who wouldn't take a card payment, I asked if the hotel could pay on this occasion and add to my bill, they said no.

The staff was very helpful And klnd especially the night staff serhat , esra and Aziz was kind for smooth check in late night The check out was same smooth and trouble free by Serhat

I am regular visitor normally my flight time is in night Check out time which suits me is 4pm
