Brand new hotel with great staff, very helpful and very welcoming appreciate the complimentary breakfast. with the option to serve it in the rrom. I liked that the hotel is not in the main street ( which makes it quite at night unlike other big chains hotel in the main road) well connected location. the lobby are is small but elegant.

No view from balcony although the balcony is nicely done. breakfast area very simple and can be improved

All the staff were very helpful and professional. I can note Mr. Musta fa, Mr. Serkan, and Mr. Selguk always showed a positive attitude. The staff is the strongest point this hotel has. The location is also great many near by places are accessible by walking and a quick access to the Osmanbey Metro station.

The Hotel street is a bit difficult to reach easily by car. The beds aren't comfy enough and my room was a bit smaller than expected.

Welcome minibar basket with compliments! Brand new hotel. The staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. The location (Sisli area) is perfect if you want to avoid the crowded Taxim sq. Furthermore, they were very helpful when we asked for a late checkout with an additional cost.

Since the hotel is new, they will need some improvements in the WiFi. Furthermore, I think the breakfast area will need some extensions, in the future, since looks a bit small.

The location is one of the best, you can walk almost to every attraction in Istanbul, including taksim, Aya Sophia, the grand market, Cevahir mall and others, the hotel itself is clean, quiet and very friendly staff naming Sadik, Mustafa, Sclçuk and all staff working in the reception office.

The hotel rooms are modern and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped, and the general cleanliness is excellent . The breakfast is delicious, the staff is very helpful, especially Brother Mustafa ، Serke and Selavk thank you guys. I will definitely repeat the experience. 🌟👍🏼

Convenient experience, good value for money. We enjoyed our stay mainly due to the staff attentiveness. Frontdesk staff were professional and approachable with genuine interest to assist. They assisted us with our random questions such as closest notary location. They were not overwhelming with their welcome. We extended our stay another day and were happy to stay in the same hotel. They followed up timely when we required housekeeping - we had to ask because we could not find a switch/card for DND or housekeeping although we noticed a sign outside the door, it was broken. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything in Nisantasi which is our favourite neighbourhood in Istanbul. Although there is limited parking, we were accomodated everyday with a parking spot right in front of the hotel. Lobby area as well as the overall hotel interior/exterior are quite pretty. Room air conditioning was very good, hi tech and easy to use.

I would have liked the hotel assistance with what they called an 'unfortunate incident' by the hotel when we experienced an attempted pickpocketing by couple of juveniles (6 teenagers) one afternoon which got slightly physical. They were apologetic about it. These side streets are dangerous for pickpocketing, and there is no lighting in the evening, it is pretty dark. We also observed another lady facing an attempt of getting mugged on the same street another day. It would be helpful for the staff to either warn their guests, consider extra lighting toward the street, or in general keep an eye out, not necessarily interfere but at least show support or shout to scare instead of smoking on the corner. There could have been a pillow option - lower/softer.

At first the location for sure amazing centrally located, quiet neighborhood with easy access to most places those I wanted to be around mainly the shopping area and restaurants. Second thing was certainly the team from the first person who meets and greets you till the managers who makes sure your in best situation, I would not say only friendly team but most important thing they were professional and up to expected standard for the hotel. the staff are attentive to details and always making sure that you are comfortable enough. Simply they can set an example for similar roles in the industry. I was mainly dealing with 2 Mustafas: Coskun (Butter Service Manager) and Ufolc (Reception Manager) very exceptional and most important they speak English well.

Personally I didn’t notice anything I can say I didn’t like or bothered me.

This hotel is truly exceptional in every way! From the minute you arrive, you are greeted with friendliness and hospitality like no other. The location is great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby and lots of shopping options as well. The rooms are extremely clean and super modern too! The staff are unbelievably thoughtful and go above and beyond to help with anything you need! Serkan, Ufuk, Sadik, Mustafa, Deniz, and Selcuk are the best! They were extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure our stay was as wonderful as possible. Ertuğ was so kind to bring us a welcome tray of desserts and provide us with an outstanding service at the Bar. Sezer was very kind as well. We will for sure visit this beautiful hotel in the future and highly recommend to all! ! Thank you for the amazing and memorable experience!!!!!
