Park Dedeman Bostanci Hotel

We needed a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location on the Asian side of Istanbul and the Park Dedeman ticked all our boxes. We stayed 3 nights and we requested a quiet, non-smoking room with extra bed and we got exactly what we had requested despite the busy holiday time. The receptionist Ufuk was very welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were especially happy with the bed which guaranteed a great sleep, just like at home! The receptionist helping out with the check-out was Efe and he was also helpful and caring. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, we recommend it and we will definitely be back on our next trip to the Asian side of Istanbul.

The view from the room overlooking the car shops and industrial park wasn't great but it was peaceful, so we didn't really mind.

Comfortable bad, good linen, good sound isolation. Helpful personnel at the reception. Not so far from Bostanchi Metro Station.

Breakfast is poor. Juice machine all the time not working. Limited variety of food. Some dishes not really tasty. Room cleaning not always tidy. Area around full of dirty car services. Nowhere to walk.

The room was very hot in the night and although we asked for air conditioning to be turned on a few times, it finally was the last two days we were there which made it much more comfy. The breakfast was very good and they would make you fresh omelets if you wanted. Very clean and nice comfy large bed. Had a mini frig and fresh water each day as well as tea and coffee in the room.

Had dinner there our last night - it was OK but not quite what we had ordered.

always a pleasure to see Dogukan at the reception! he’s so gentle and represents the hotel fantastic. The hotel is very comfortable with it’s big and cozy rooms. There are rain showers in the bathrooms which is also nice. we enjoyed the breakfast.

it was not possible to use the air conditioner. The room was too warm for me. we opened the window but it was still was hot in there. I know that you can use the air conditioner in summer.

Everything was good and staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was clean and good smelling. Pinar from reception was true professional and helpful. She gave us good insights about Asian side of Istanbul.

Carpet in the room was dirty... lots of hair from other 2 different women... bathroom had some mold in shower area, no any little tray for keeping shampoo or shower gel in shower... rest was ok

super comfy rooms, nice staff and love the location if you travel by car. they also have a starbucks inside which is so great! Basak from starbucks team always remembers what i wanna drink. She is the best!

in winter times its not possible to cool down your room. The air conditioners are centrally controlled and they only heat.

Location, Room with sea view (Prince Islands), Price/Performance.

Our bed sheets and blanket were not matching. (sheets are double while the blanket is single) we needed to call the reception to get a new one at 2AM and we needed to get it done as well since we were delivered new sheets and new blanket seperately.

Food was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with large windows and great facilities

Communicating in basic English was quiet challenging and the location was very far out from any shops, or high st or restaurants for food.

On front desk they were so friendly very helpful specially gentleman name Batuhan excellent personality I hope they hire more people like him over all I will highly recommend to any one the stay on this place 👍😊
