Nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Lack of proper management. I booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking one. Changed to room 505, next to the elevator, which made a loud noise each time it passed the floor. Finally, changed to a quiet room with a broken shower (water leaked to the bathroom floor), which was not a big deal though.

It's a new and clean hotel. The staff is helpful, but not all of its member speak sufficient English. Rating the location is a bit tricky - it depends upon where you need to get from the hotel. Stops for the metro and Marmaray commuter train are both in a walking distance (roughly 20 minutes to each). No proper beach around, but you can take a ferry to the Prince's Islands (takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the ferry station).

The only issue I could point out is that the safety box is located in the very bottom shelf of the warderobe, so you need to kneel down to reach it.

A comfortable business hotel in a busy but convenient area of the Asian part of Istanbul. Good proximity to ferries, metro and railway stations. Several nice cafés around. Hotel is used both by tourists and by international patients of a few medical clinics.

Nothing special

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Elif and Semih ( and several others but I'm so sorry, I can't remember their names). There was a problem with the shower at the start but it was quickly rectified. Breakfast was an excellent assortment and in the lobby free çay and coffee was available.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and will definitely be back! 90% of the staff were very friendly and up for a laugh! Engin and Levant (unsure if that's the spelling) were both very nice and a great laugh. They will help you with anything you ask - deffo use translate and some things mean different to them lol! The rooms were very big and spacious. The hotel is close to local restaurants, food chains and not that far from all the main shops.

That the pool was closed! Was looking forward to this :( can't fault anything else, it was up to standard

Location near the train station, we stayed for one night only.

The AC in the room is not working properly, we changed the room and still the same . My kids were staying in another room and they had the same problem as well.

I loved the location of the hotel. near the seaside and the marmaray train which is very comfy. the district where the hotel is , very calm and safe

The receptionists don’t speak English as well as the all local people. it was difficult to explain something as we don’t speak Turkish

The staff was very nice and welcoming.

On checkout morning there someone was speaking and laughing very loudly behind a wall at 9:00 AM and interrupted my sleep. Didn't check if it was cleaning staff or other visitors. Other than that everything was great.

I liked the service, even though I was having problems with my credit card the staff helped me to fix the problem and made my work trip incredibly comfy. Thanks a lot! Definitely, I would choose this hotel again.
