Apartment is located in Royal nova building which is private building located on the Istanbul Asian part. it’s very clean , comfortable and value for money. Apartment is secure and in a save building, Private parking, has private swimming pool, Gym. it’s located in the floor # 20 and the view is amazing.

There are some items that require more attention and to be fixed: - Fix the balcony door for living room as it’s broken and can not open it. - Replace all non working light at toilet - Fix the refrigeration as it’s full of ice and not working properly - Wash machine is smell bad and need to be cleaned.

Team were waiting for me at the front and provided the keys and info about the room. Very clean place. Great location. Close to shop for necessities. Good size living area. Cooking pot and pan, etc. Good washer and dishwasher. Mr. Seid and Mr. Baris were always available to assist and make the stay comfortable. The team in NewInn reached out and provided assistance with booking tours or rides if needed. Very friendly staff.

Need to buy everything for the stay. It is not like hotels that provide water, coffee, condiments. It is a furnished apartment. You need to buy everything, salt, sugar, cleaning supply, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, detergent, etc. All that for couple of weeks of stay.

Apartment was very clean and modern but cozy at the same time. View on the city breathtaking, many facilities, felt better than home. Stuff VERY helpful,you can rely on them at every hour, friendly, cordial, care about the guest, go to the shop with you/ pharmacy if needed, you can go on your own and don't worry about survival. Especially i want to thank Hamza,he's great! Helped me a lot and kept in touch if i needed something,i really appreciate. 😇

The appartment was spacious... Well designed.. Had ACs and TVs in all rooms and living area.. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly... The internet.. TV with youtube were great.. It had a balcony which was amasing

The bed in main room was small and not very comfortable.. The appartment had no cleaning goods so we had to buy our own and leave them there.. It would be nice to provide appartments with basic cleaning needs for washing and cleaning

It was just amazing. The apartment is new, cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything you need including dishes, iron and washing machine. The neighbourhood is calm and nice, but most of inhabitants dont speak english. Manager Hamza was very hospitable, helpful and professional. He was online 24 hours, helped to check in early and provide apartment at 26th floor with a stunning view. Thank you so much!

The building is totally new, modern and fresh. Really helpfull staffs, Sayit and Hamzeh were both amazing, helpped us even with ordering food and much more.

Its a bit far from turist attractions if you are not planning to rent a car.

It was a great and clean experience, everything was beautiful, especially my special thanks to brother Thamer (sayit) for the classy and helpful dealings all the time

The high tech safety system eased our worries. Large rooms and very spacious apartment. Everything is available in the kitchen and the washing machine was especially useful. Good views and close to shops. The supervisors Mr. Said and Mr. Baris were very helpful and available on-hand. Mr. Said showed us everything in the room and both were available through Whatsapp and in the reception as needed.

The streets are narrow but that's normal in Istanbul.

Overall stay was great. Exceeded my expectations. Staff were amazing and friendly even more so helpful. They also have a WhatsApp contact for no Turkish speaking people and they are very prompt and helpful with anything needed. The property itself was stunning very modern with literally anything you need there to hand. Thank you so much will 100% be returning with my family this time.

Only fault which I know might not be in their hands but I booked 4 months in advance and out down on preference I’ll be working from home so would ideally like as high as possible. Sadly I was given floor 2 still a nice room but out of 25+ floors I was expecting at least half way.
