The 2 guys were awesome. Had a lot of issues with language. Should have someone there who could speak English. Bed was comfortable. Didn't use any kitchen facilities. Nice hot elwater in shower.

Couldn't watch TV, bathroom was strange, glass door to outside seating was broken glass, could use paint and general rehab.

Perfect location, you reach Sultanahmet with 5 T1 tram stops and you are close to the other main districts to visit, as well as to the Galata port. Impressive view, from the bedroom the Blue Mosque and from the lounge the Asian Istanbul, simply amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms is to be reviewed, although in some ways they were invisible but effective, changing towels every 2 days and mid-week we pleasantly received a change of sheets and bed blanket, a real rarity and all without asking. It is an excellent example of the estimable Turkish people.

Very kind stuff, they gave us a really nice room-studio for three persons, big, comfortable,clean with a small kitchen inside and free drinking water. My little girl adored this place.

No toilet paper in the bathroom. A bit far from the city center, its possible to walk but the road is not comfortable as its high and u have to walk up) but on the way to Istiglal street there is a nice narrow street with vintage shops and small authentic cafes.

The hotel staff was very helpful and did everything to accommodate what we needed even at odd times in the night. Room was spacious and The location was also 5min walk away from the metro station and a 15 minute walk to Taskin and Galata.

It's in a very steep incline which I didn't see in the description. With the extreme weather, it became challenging and would be more so for someone less able to walk. One recommendation: add new towels. The ones we were given were stained and quite old.

The city view from the room was astonishing, which covers Bosphorus, Marmara See, Golden Horn and historical peninsula. There is a balcony and a terrace which are available for the private use of penthouse room, where we stayed. The bed was comfortable. In the kitchen you have all the equipment for cooking and dining. Staff was friendly. Because there is a code to enter the building, you can come and go as you like.

The water pressure in the bathroom was relatively low. The terrace door can not be locked.

the location and view were amazing…we got the higher floor so loved the view. staff was helpful! We had taken the basic room on the ground floor earlier but later on upgraded to the superior room because of the view. lift was available which is a plus in Turkey. also location was near from Tahsim square. also while going downhill there’s a great breakfast stall- sandwich maker, who stands on the corner towards the train stop.

the property is located in the middle of a slope, this is the only small negative point. but still I would come again coz it’s a cozy area. not crowded. and very near from the sea

The location is perfect, just 5 mins by walk from the Galata tower. Tramp station 100m away that could lead you to Saint Sofia and The Cistern for less than 10 mins. A spectacular view to the sea from the 5th floor apartment. Spacious bedroom and living room with little kitchen.

The kitchen amenities were pretty old, not comfortable using them.

We stayed in penthouse, the view was amazing.The room was good.and I do recommend to stay there. of course if U don't afraid of walking up the hill😜 but that doesn't bother us.we know that already we book the room.The location is so good.So we did enjoy our stay there.

The room and bathroom needs little renovations.And some more lights.But overall was good stay

Location - great. Beyoglu cafes - few minutes up, Taksim - 10-15 minutes. Want to go to bazaars side - bridge few minutes away. Sea view - good at least from upper floors - could see bazaar side and part of asian side. Lift / elevator, pretty big rooms, friendly staff. Family could take walks to different places - Taksim, bazaars, palaces, etc. I could work from room with sea view, in few minutes work from cafe.

As others mentioned, rooms / facilities are a bit old / lacking, but not to the point when it actually mattered (at least for me). Would like better ventilation in bathroom and more cleaning / washing accessories in bathroom.
