The location is great with many cool ('hipster') cafés and stores nearby and in walking distance from Galata Tower, Istiklal Street and the metro. The room (deluxe with tub, room #501) was huge and the view was amazing! Also the tub was a nice touch, glad I payed extra for that. Great aircondition too that actually worked and was easy to use.

My biggest disappointment is the breakfast. It's very basic and honestly just seems like cheap stuff from the grocery store slapped on a plate. Skip breakfast and go eat at some of the cafés close by, they're much better. Also there were a few problems with the room: noise from the upstairs restaurant (only Saturday night though), aircondition making weird, very loud squeeking noises from time to time and yellow-ish water in the tub (the color depended on how hot the water was, so I suspect the color is from rust in the hot water pipes, but I don't know sine I didn't bother trying to fix it) Not something that ruined my stuff, but it's annoying to deal with.

It’s hard to describe how awesome it is to wake up to such a stunning view. The bathroom in Room 503 has a window, it’s such fun to have a shower with a view :) The staff is friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean.

The pillows weren’t comfortable and the sheet sheets and the towels had some holes in them. I mean, that’s a minor inconvenience and it didn’t affect us much, but it was just weird to see. The breakfast is a joke.

Great location as you can walk to all the key touristic areas as well as have easy access to public transport. Great view of the city and the sea from our room (5th floor) and from the rooftop bar/restaurant (go there for the sunset!). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

The pillow was a bit too big and hard for my taste. Breakfast was ok but they can do better I think. The hotel is on a steep hill (general feature of the city) and there is no public transport stop directly next to it. There is one tram stop close by (Tophane) but still you need to climb up the hill (3-5min). so one should consider that when planning (was fine for us).

The view even from the second floor and the standard double room was nice. Breakfast on the roof top is with a really great view. Keep in mind that it is served typical Turkish breakfast. Rooms are clean, every day towels are changed. Location is also great.

If you have the opportunity upgrade to at least superior room, standard double room is really small and you have the feeling like you are in the hallway outside the room. Parking on the street is quite difficult near to impossible, but there is a paid parking lot on the same street (for 4 days it costs approximately 25euro).

Basically we loved everything: really helpful Deniz wrote after booking to check if we need any help, e.g with a taxi. We took his offer and had no headache with getting from the airport to hotel and back at all! At the check in desk Deniz upgraded our booked room and we got one on the upper floor with breathtaking views of the Golden Horn with Hagia Sophia and Topkapi. Just marvellous. Breakfast was nice and again - with exceptional views! And the neighbourhood is totally great! Lots of coffee spots, vibrant local nightlife just 2 streets away, trams station 5 mins away as well as Bosphorus.

All was well!

Lovely restaurant on the rooftop with terrace and nice view!

For me it is not 4 stars hotel and here is the reasons: 1. Hairs on the floor & linen. 2. Pillows are firm & there is no another options(I tried to get) 3. Too complicated to get the iron (you should wait from 10 to 30 minutes) 4. Breakfast is super ordinary - eggs, cheese, bread, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, honey, jam & nutella. No fruits & salad( But the view is fantastic! 5. Hotel didn’t have rate without breakfast so I booked 2 nights with breakfast. Usually if you have early check out hotel can provide you with sandwich or smth, but not here. 6. In my experience if you have b-day hotel usually can offer a compliment, but not here.

It was a pleasant stay. The room looked new and everything was clean. The view from the rooftop and from our room was marvelous. I can only recommend this hotel.

Waiting for breakfast was unbelievably long - it is a table service, but to get your turn you have to wait for all the other tables before you to get served... A buffet service would be much more efficient and flexible. We had to rush the waiter because we had to go and couldn't wait THAT long :'-)

Location was perfect. Close to Taksim, and T1 team to take to go to the Old City. While the Old City is great for visiting the main attractions, actually at night is best to stay closer to Karakoy area. Also, this hotel has a great view from the rooftop, both for breakfast and dinner that I would highly recommend. Also, the staff is always available, a special thanks to Deniz e Can.

One thing only: from the bathroom unfortunately comes up a strong smell of sewer. That was the only bad thing about the place.

The staff (all of them) were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooftop breakfast area is amazing, the views, the food, the breeze (besides when some guests smoke..... yikes) We got upgraded to the top floor and had views of the Marmara see and it was beautiful, thank you! The place is located pretty close to the main attractions and far away enough from Istiklal Street that you can enjoy it when you want and get away when you don't. Very convenient

lingering smell of sewer coming from the bathroom (typical of many cities in Europe), broken shower door (they promised to fix it as we left), thin towels (also typical of Europe) if you come back from the wrong side of the street the way up is very very steep (and we are in shape)
