Good size rooms depending on room choice, clean modern rooms, very good location and accessible to all tourist sights via tram which is a few mins walk from the hotel. Located in a nice area - Galataport with lots of cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast choice a bit limited. Hotel staff in the restaurant are rude and not very attentive. The rest of the hotel staff are very good minus the restaurant staff. Beds are on the hard side - ok if you like a firm bed!

There was variety for breakfast, availability was excellent and staff were polite .The view was breathtaking,I definitely recommend this hotel.

The person who was dealing with checking the rooms need to improve his communication skills as we all thought he wasn’t polite for the job he’s got, specially it’s a first impression when you get into a hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is across the street from the new and well reputed Galata port and the Tophane metro station is less than 5 minutes walk.

The breakfast. It really needs revolutionary upgrade. It certainly doesn't fit the hotel's image. Nothing of what is presented is to the satisfaction of the guests...not even the tea and coffee which is presented in a kettle.

The location is directly across from Galataport with so much to do. The building is newer and the room/bathroom was very nice.

The staff at the desk were not helpful and I would go as far to say, even rude.

The hotel is in excellent location but that is kind of also the downside. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel and traffic is very heavy around it. All our friends had rooms higher in the hotel and were happy with them. It is strategically placed near many attractions and with good transport options. It has parking which was 20 Euro for our whole stay. You leave the car key at reception because the parking is small and car have to be moved frequently by the staff. The hotel looks clean and was well prepared for our arrival.

Our room was just above the reception facing the busy street and even the good windows and three layers of curtains could not stop the loudness of the busy street below. The noise was there even in the late hours of the night. Still could sleep after walking a few kilometers every day for our stay.

The location was absolutely ideal for our outings. Located near the tram line and the ferry and boat line, transportation was incredibly easy to access. Thiis allows you to reach the Sultanahmed area as well as reach the Asian side of Istanbul. Furthermore, there is a really nice area located directly opposite the Hotel called Galata Port where you can buy great quality items. Staff were amazing and they helped us with every step of the journey, including where to find all the attractions and all logistical queries. Service was absolutely great and I believe they should be a 5 star hotel instead of 4 star. Cleanliness was impeccable, staff were welcoming and professional, breakfast is included and absolutely amazing (got lots of variety) and overall enjoyed the stay!

Perhaps the view of our hotel could have been improved, other than that, nothing.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The location is top, next to Galataport - cross the street and I'm there. The tram is very close, the ferries too. It's full of restaurants around. The room, although budget, exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, with all the amenities. The window faces a wall, but can be opened to let in air, and I'm out all day. A huge plus is also a very convenient parking lot next to the hotel, with a barrier and cameras. The staff is polite and responsive. I had a problem with the fridge but they fixed it in no time. I recommend the hotel to everyone!

Close to Bosphorus and the new Galataport with a lot of restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast on the roof terrace with an amazing view. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable.

Directly on a busy road, a lot of noisy traffic direction to Karaköy. Windows are good but you hear it already. Don’t use taxi from there, better Tram!

The breakfast buffet was more than we expected. Although it was very ethnic, there was something for even a meat and potatoes American. The front desk host was very nice and offerred to upgrade us a windowed room overlooking the front of the hotel. The view was outstanding. The gentleman attending to us in the restaurant for dinner was very pleasant.

The room we received was overlooking the front of the hotel, which is located on a very, very busy section of town. The street noise and live music in the square were both very loud and went on for hours into the night. All we wanted to do was sleep after out tiring long trip, but the street noise made that difficult and was a bit disapointing.

Firstly, the pick-up service from the airport was fabulous, the experience was unforgottable! We arrived at night, the check in was fast. The building, the lobby, the family room was very beautiful and clean. The staff was always very kind and they spoke in English. In the room, there was heating, which made our stay very comfortable. The beds were cozy, I slept well both nights. Our room was only one floor away from the marvelous Seagull restaurant, which was also an amazing experience! The waiters were friendly, we could see the night view of Bosphorus. The food was a bit pricey, but otherwise it was delicious, for the all you can eat breakfast, it was perfect. There is a tram stop and a bus stop in front of the hotel, the tourist attractions are easily accesable. I wish our stay was longer! Very recommended, might return someday!

The only small negative thing I could mention is the leaking showerhead, but it wasn't a big deal.
