The location was great, just a few meters walking distance away from istiklal street and then also a couple 100 meters away from taksim square and galata tower. The room and bathroom looked modern and was clean and comfy. Glad there was a lift as we stayed on the 4th floor. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had variety, but was ok for me...

The room was way smaller than what we thought. It looked so big in the advertisement pics and we had a delux room, but wasn't deluxe size. The shower blocks up when showering. Noise... When the next door room showers you can hear their geyser and water running, it's extremely loud. Also there was no remote to operate the aircon

Location was in the center. Walking distance to all local areas. Hotel is cozy and comfortable.

I had booked a Penthouse suite with sea view. However when I saw the room I was disappointed as room was very small and hardly any place for 2 people to move around or place any stuffs. I requested the reception staff for change of room and staff was very helpful and gave us a option to change to junior suite which was more spacious then the penthouse suite but didn't have sea view. I chose the junior suite and I was happy as the room was bigger.

Overall experience was great! Perfect location ,2 mins walk from Istiklal ,10 mins walk to Taksim square. Staff was very helpfull and room cleaned every day. Perfect combo!

They were SOOOO nice and provided everything we asked for. They showed us where to get things we needed and the rooms were small, but just enough for what we needed. The price made it such a catch especially since Istiklal street was a minute away. I will ALWAYS book this hotel!

On my last day, the coffee cups seem to have not been replaced or they accidentally gave us dirty cups. We were okay with it, because it was just a little bit of coffee on the saucers and seemed to have been an honest mistake, but never brought it up to management, so now that I'm mentioning it I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else :) This wont prevent me from booking again of course!

We loved the location, as it was next to the big street that leads to Taksim square. The stuff were very friendly and always keen to help in any way. Room was very clean and quiet (4th floor), despite the super busy streets in front. Would definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately the bed sheets were very short! Lights did not work very well and there were some issues with clogged water drain in the shower. Breakfast was OK but nothing special (although there were some other nice -but paid- options in the cafe). The above did not ruin the nice experience we had in this hotel

It is amazing for the price!

We are now doubting how clean it is since we keep finding stains in the sheets and pillow cases, and the cups still had some coffee on the bottom so we're wonering if they were washed at all. It's our last day and this is the first time it happened, all the other days everything was pretty clean.

the location is perfect - we found ourselves close to all the major sites we wanted to visit. tram lines, bus stations and Trains were easy to get. we had to upgrade our room to a bigger size but once we did - it was super comfortable and clean. (picture attached) the shower, toilet and bathroom in both are rooms were very nice and clean and the water pressure is amazing! the staff were really nice and always looking to help. Fantastic coffee shop next door - BrewLab

we booked the standard room on the 3rd floor and the room and hallways were very small and claustrophobic . it felt like we were staying in a closet. the rooms in the pictures look bigger than in real life. the standards rooms are very small. on the second night the AC started leaking water and we had to switch it off. our mattress was slanted from either a damaged bed or a worn out mattress. really done some damage to our backs. got a really sore neck from it. we had to upgrade our room on the 3rd night. it also didn’t help that there are 2-3 clubs/pubs right outside so it’s pretty noisy all the way up till around 4am.

Stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and I really enjoyed my stay. Located in the heart of Istanbul butcyest in a quiet area. Great staff and excellent rooms which are clean. Might have found my hotel for my next visit.
