The staff is professional. Specially Kursat and Fatih at the reception goes an extra mile to serve you better and make you feel comfortable. Excellent location at taksim and istiklal.

The location was amazing and the staff was great. Ihab helped us check in and during check out as well and www very courteous. They even included breakfast for free although we slept through the breakfast time.

There is some noise from taksim square that comes especially last at night. But it was manageable for us

very good location

our money was stolen daily. 1st day few Liraas I forgot on the day table. after my return in the evening I saw that the money was not on the table. just to make sure that I am not wrong, I purposely kept a few liras on the table. again in the evening that money was also stolen. like this I need it for 3 days and all the 3 days was the same story. if you keep your valuables safe, this is the best hotel i would recommend.

There is noise when sleeping from outside. The internet was very weak in the room, and the children's bed was unstable.
