Very good location, the best. Breakfast was good also.

There is no windows in the room, you can not see anything. One day we had a little problem with hot water, no second light in bathroom, other than that room was ok. We asked at reception for sandwich in the morning because we had to go early and could not have breakfast. They told us that we can not take food away from restorant. We payed for breakfast and they could not even give us sendwich for take away?!? Evrywhere we have been before hotel ofered us that option so we were suprised. Thanks a lot! 👏🤷‍♀️

-The hotel is near to Almidan square and Taksim, however the street is very calm due to lack of pubs and night clubs. It is right next to a Church. -There is a pharmacy facing the hotel -Almadina restaurants are next to the hotel -The staff were very helpful, you can always find an Arabic speaker in the reception area in case you don't speak English -The receptionist who lives in Yenikapi provided us with information on how to reach this place and about the seafood restaurants over there -A safe box is available in the room -Tooth paste,tooth brush, hair dryer, iron, iron board, cotton pads, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, slipper, bottles of water, tea bags, small table and two chairs are available in the room -There is a lift -There is a digital balance in the lobby that you can use to weigh your bags before you depart to the airport

-There are no windows inside the economy double rooms, thus it was hot in these rooms (a solution should be find before the heated summer) -The breakfast was ok, but it was the same every day so we had to skip it for few days (it should be improved)

I really recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was excellent, 1min walk to Istiklal street and 3min walk to metro station where you can get everywhere. The room was spacious and we got a free room upgrade which was really great. The staff there is amazing and very helpful especially the guy who knows Arabic (can't remember his name), they helped us through all inquiries and assisted us in all possible ways. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of varieties. Overall my stay of 15 nights was 10/10.

Just a minor thing, which is that the walls are not very sound proof. You can hear the people next door.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. In the center of Istiklal, just a few steps 20-30 meters from the main road, no fuss. Just opposite is the church of the Holy Trinity and the spectacle is unique. The double bed very comfortable, the mattress incredible. The girl at the front desk excellent and very helpful, unlike her colleagues.

Breakfast definitely needs improvement. With the exception of the omelettes, which were very nice, the rest were of medium quality and variety. In the family suite the shower cabin is separate from the toilet and this creates a problem in moving from one place to another, as your roommates see you, as there is no door that separates the bedroom from them. The reception staff, not at all helpful, unlike their female colleague. There are no table lamps on the nightstands so you can expect all the lights if you want to read a book. Litter bins that are too small need to be replaced with larger ones.

I came 3 times to Istanbul and this is the first hotel that I would say that I will come back to. The staff was generous and the break was nice but is the same every day. I would like to thank Fatiha for her excellent service at the restaurant. The location is exactly on Taksim square and very close to the metro. I will come back for sure

The view from our room was a bit annoying and the cleaning service needs to be better. We had to ask multiple times to change our bedsheets. However, nothing was bad and major...

great location heart of istikala street every think u need around you walking for 2 min to reach main train station breakfast was good and have lot of choice for the value of money and the staff friendly and welcoming and the do every thing to help you specials hakim

the is no room to put your luggage when you check out you have to put them in main entrance

This hotel is exactly what I expected – excellent and a great value for the money. It's also in a prime location, very clean, and stands out as a remarkable property. They offer unlimited free coffee at the reception, and the breakfast is quite good. The staff we interacted with were attentive, efficient, and always eager to help. I have to give a special shoutout to Mr. Mert at the reception, as his exceptional service is a big reason why I would choose to return to this property. The beds were comfy, and all in all, this place provides outstanding value for the money.

I want to share an important experience for fellow travelers. When I arrived at the hotel and asked for a nice room, the person (I don't remember his name) at the front desk gave me one of the worst rooms in the hotel. This surprised me because I had expected a great room due to the hotel's fantastic reviews. The next morning, I noticed that the other rooms being cleaned were actually better than mine. I spoke to Mr. Mert at reception and asked if I could change rooms. He quickly arranged it without any fuss.

Hotel Location is close to istaklal street. Hotel Staff is friendly, helping and very cooperative. Wifi speed is good. Good variety in breakfast. Free coffee and Kahwa is available.

Bathroom size is small. They should place wiper in bathrooms for water cleaning. They should also place bins in the rooms.
