I have stayed in hotel for two weeks, deluxe sea view room. It is a good bargain. First of all - the location is perfect, especially if you are staying for long and it is not your first time in Istanbul. You will be quite far from noisy touristic atmosphere, and the same time you will feel like you are in the heart of the city. It is 7 minutes walk to Maramary metro line, which takes you directly to old part of city. 15 minutes walk to Bostanci ferry station, which takes you to Islands, 5 minutes walk to biggest shopping street - Baghdad avenue. And 15 minutes walk to Caddebostan beach, where you can enjoy swimming in Marmary sea. Rooms are big, much bigger than in other districts of Istanbul. Breakfast was quite balanced and diversed as well. The staff was always available and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The is located in very lively district, with plenty of cafe and restaurants and within 5 min walk to Bagdad street, which offers any kind of shopping experience. And is facing the seaside with kilometres long promenade, offering a beautiful view especially from the roof of the hotel. Breakfast has a lot varieties, every day some fresh fruits, plenty of cheese, yogurts, the choice can satisfy any taste.

The furniture, carpets and bathroom have seen better times, needs some renovation, many spots on the carpet and soft furniture. Personal at the breakfast is not very friendly and not very helpful, no one speaks good English. One of the bell-boys tried to send us to the other restaurant instead of booking a table to the one we choose.

The location is fantastic, in the middle of a posh area, with fancy bars and restaurants around, and just few minutes walk to the shopping Baghdad street. The hotel (actually the only real hotel in the neighbourhood) is a bit retro but with clean and spacious rooms and stunning views towards the sea side park and the Prince islands.

The breakfast, although complimentary, was nothing special. You can enjoy the best breakfast we have ever had at the bakery just across the street.

The property is located in a high end neighborhood with excellent access to high quality restaurants, pubs and other facilities. 5 minutes walk to the train station taking you anywhere cheaply and so quickly. Apart from all the aforementioned things, you can find most of brands and other shops around which is a positive point for a hotel. There’re also groceries around you can get basic needs. The staff are so friendly and welcoming too, I’ve stayed in the hotel at my recent trips during last couple of years.

For some reason last time in December time there was a savage smell in top floor’s rooms including ours. It might be for raining and the main savage network coming up.

The location was fantastic, breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, we had a spacious room with a beautiful sea view and comfy beds, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job, tidying up our room every day.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was one guy at the reception who consistently had a bad attitude, so we did our best to avoid interacting with him. The room's soundproofing wasn't great, as we could hear a lot from the neighboring room. The hotel's air conditioning was under repair, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we visited in October.

After visiting this hotel, I can only say one thing: "a gorgeous place"! It's a pity that I spent less than a day at the hotel, because of the circumstances. In fact, this place is a dream. When I ordered it, I was looking for a hotel closer to the beach and according to Bukin com, it was about 30 minutes on foot to the beach. But when I arrived, it turned out that the beach was a 10-minute walk away and it was practically visible from the window. My room was on the 5th floor with a sea view and it really is a sea view – at night you could hear the sound of waves. The room was impressive in size, it has everything you need: chic furniture, beautiful wallpaper, armchairs, a table, a wide bed, a wardrobe, a safe, a kettle with tea and sugar, mirrors and so on. The bathroom is very large with everything you need, there is a hairdryer. In less than a day, I managed to visit the beach, visit a cafe, walk along the embankment – everything is within walking distance. There are cafes and restaurants around the hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant on the roof of the hotel – this is a separate story. Outdoor terrace with sea view, candles, music, service – all in the highest class. The breakfast was very tasty and impressed with the variety and Turkish flavor: olives of different types, lots of fruits, cheeses and other goodies. In the morning I ordered a transfer to the airport, but not an ordinary taxi arrived, but a seven-seater jeep, which took me alone to the airport in 55 minutes (and they said that it would take about 2 hours to go). The girls and guys from the reception are all beautiful, cute, polite, help with information and things. Thank you so much for your service and attitude!

I've known this hotel for many years and have stayed a couple of times. Their location is fabulous and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Their restaurant on the rooftop, Cafe de Paris, is the best if you love steak and fries. I have eaten here about 30 times and they never disappoint. The view on the sea and the islands is gorgeous from there. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.

They charged me three times the amount on my debit card for one night. I understand that mistakes can be made but I am not pleased about the communication regarding this error. I am the one that keeps sending them messages and they are not keeping me informed. I am very sad about this situation since I love the hotel so much. I stayed in two different rooms (this was my own choice) and both showers were outdated. It was difficult to find and keep the right temperature and the waterflow was off. Would advise to upgrade the showers to match the rest of the hotels great quality.

We loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and professional and supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Bushra in reception. She is very nice, proactive, helpful and supportive. Also thank you to Mr. Irfan Akturk, he is very kind and supportive and welcome. I traveled Istanbul many times but this hotel and staff was unbelievable good and it’s an example for the other hotels

Such a good place to stay right on the sealooking out towards the islands. Excellent neighborhood, best cafes and restaurants within walking distance, also great location for public transport. Right on the seaside providing an excellent route for running and walking. Special thanks to Baran Bey at reception.

Room is comfy but carpets need to be replaced.
