The hotel is in a perfect location in Nisantasi. Excellent and welcoming staff. Omar, Umet and the gentleman who works during afternoon and night time were very professional, friendly and helpful. The service employee was very helpful and attentive. I have to specially mention Cem who is very warm, friendly and facilitated our stay with his excellent recommendations. The hotel and the room was impeccable. Room was ample with a sofa. The bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Eventhough the hotel is in the center it was tranquil enough to have a good rest. I will definitely stay in this hotel on our next Istanbul visit!

This is my second visit in this hotel, it is the best hotel choice in Nişantaş's area. The location, which is in the heart of Rumali Street, and it offers good value for money. Overall, we had a wonderful time here. I am highly recommended this hotel for everyone who like to shopping in Nişantaş area. The nicest room with a balcony to book. Thank you very much to the hotel manager, Mr. Ozan, and his team, who were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Location was close to good restaurants, and shops. We found a Michelin rated restaurant very close to the hotel. Staff were very nice and resourceful, especially Ismail, who was very helpful when my husband lost his phone. Ismail and Aziz also managed the elevator crisis very well when it did not work.

The elevator had issues a few times during our stay and did not work. Nisantasi Traffic, and the noise starts very early in the morning and ends very late at night, but we did not mind it.

Location and staff I would like to recognize Cem who was one of the best hotels staff I had ever met. Even when I had a small issue with AC and noise, Cem was helpful and active to help and support me. Thanks Cem for being professional and super kind. The location is really amazing for anyone who would like to have the best shopping experience in Nisantasi

new and clean with perfect location for those aiming for shopping at Nisantasi. double glass so the room is quiet in a very noisy area. it’s an only room hotel so no restaurant but you’re in the middle of everything so coffee shops are a couple of minutes away. the staff and Selim are very helpful and professional. unlike so many in the hotel business in Turkey, Selim is straight forward and honest which makes the holidays more pleasant. if you just need a spacious clean and comfortable room it’s the perfect place.

location was excellent . room was clean & has everything ( in bathroom , they put towels and tissues clean in clean bags) reception staff were very helpful & welcoming us especially Mr . Selim /Cem & Endel. thank you The rooms hotel & it wont be my last visit

i wish if they had restaurant in the hotel . but it was not big deal for me because hotel is surrounded with variety of good restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. very fast service. The staff was very helpful and nice specially Omar he is so helpful person, he was always giving us advices. I would recommended this place it’s so close to everything in Nisantasi (shopping stores, Cafes, and restaurants) very safe hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they always helped us by providing us with information on how to get to certain locations. The location is also perfect as the minute you get out of the hotel you are in Nisantasi road which has many shops and cafes and its very close to the underground station.

The sofa bad was not comfortable and small.

Loved the location and how easily can be accessed by walking or car! Staff are very helpful and welcoming which is not always the case in Istanbul; Specifically Cem who went above and beyond to cater for all requests!! He’s a gem and I would definitely be back there just to enjoy his welcoming attitude!

Nothing to dislike but only feedback for some improvements like offering food service even if from a 3rd party restaurant 24/7 as it was a bit annoying to leave the hotel for food when you’re chilling:)
