On two different occasions in May-June 2023, I stayed in this hotel with my family. Though we had booked a standard room for our first stay we were generously upgraded to a suite. This was the first sign of the excellent hospitality of the hotel management. Indeed, all the hotel employees that we got to know were friendly, polite and very helpful when assisting us with many different types of practical information. The daily complimentary bottle of water was a thoughtful touch. Our first suite was one large room with a king bed, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette (a fridge, microwave, hotplate and a coffee maker). Free Wi-Fi was available in the room and quite sufficient for most purposes. The room was clean there was plenty of storage room and the maid service was perfect. The bathroom facilities were fully functional. Our second stay was in a slightly different suite with two single beds that we had booked. The only difference between the two suites worth mentioning is that the single beds were a bit narrow and the mattresses were somewhat tired. This did not however stop us from enjoying a pleasant stay at this hotel. On the list of positives, we must underline the excellent location of the hotel. Not only is there a wide range of eating /drinking places to choose from, but the area also offers plenty of shopping opportunities at a whole range of price levels. Moreover, with the Osmanbey metro station, you are about 7 or 8 minutes away from an extensive transport system with which to discover different parts of this mega city.

It is apart hotel right on the side street leading to Nisantasi bustling shopping area and Macka park. And place is small but amazing boutique like. Apartment itself is rather spacious, have fully appointed kitchen, great bedroom and bathroom and, in Istanbul this is a rare gem, perfect sound isolation so you get full night sleep. Breakfast is basic Turkish but still very tasteful and the staff is extra kind and helpful. With all the overpricing in the tourism world this summer this is great value for money and even more.

Just to write something, there should be a smaller pot in the kitchen so one can cooked eggs or instant noodles.

Everything at Gallery residence hotel was great. The room was very clean, big and beds were super comfortable. The staff was amazing, especially Yokhan who had helped me a lot during my stay. breakfast was modest, clean and has variety of bakeries. I loved the bread so much. room service was available all day long. iron table and iron were available as well as water. we received a nice gift on new year from the hotel with special paintings of Van Gogh. it was so nice of them. Mr Burak the hotel owner is such a nice gentleman. I will never forget the way he and his team stand with me as I had a trouble in istanbul. They behave as family members. no words can describe how grateful I am🙏🏻

The breakfast was ok but the same everyday.

I didn’t like the fact that on booking it said that at check in I will pay only a small part of the price and I was expeting to be able to pay the rest in the dat of the check out or at least the next days from the arrival. Also I ordered a taxi at the reception and the assured me it will cost around 350-400 liras and at the airport the driver asked for 500 liras without recording the driving and without giving us a receipt.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful and professional.. Ahmet and Murad in the Reception are amazing! Thanks to them they both made our stay, very comfortable and very nice. It was so good that our friends who were staying in a different hotel, decided to move to our hotel too. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and for future visits. The cleaning staff is very good as well, everything was very good. Thank you Murad and Ahmed for alall the small lovely details on my birthday … 🙏

The pillows were not very comfortable but it was ok.. i am sure if i would have asked for another ones, they would have been replaced. But it was ok not that bad.

Mr. Burak, the owner of the hotel was very helpful and made sure that we’re enjoying our stay in Istanbul; recommending places to visit, catering to all our needs and inquires. The hotel location is great. The Osmanbey metro station is a 2 min walk from the hotel. The neighborhood is lively full of restaurants and cafes. The hotel suite was spacious and clean. The kitchen area in the room is very practical specially for long stays. You’ll find everything you’d need to cook yourself a decent meal. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Overall impressions in the pictures is much better than in reality. It is a small private boutique hotel, some parts would probably deserve renovation or some technical maintenance. Nevertheless, staff is very welcoming and nice. Free internet Wi-Fi is very fast and fulfills all my needs as IT professional. There are seagulls which are not afraid to come say hello to the balcony. I would definitely book again. This hotel is quite good!

It is centrally located in Nisantasi near all the shops and cafés. Clean, quite and very comfortable hotel. Staff are very respectful and they speak good English. Very quite at night so you could sleep peacefully.

Minor things like the pillows are not very comfortable and upon requesting an extra one there wasn’t any available (I ordered it late at night so they told me to ask the housekeeper in the morning however I didn’t) The shower drainage fills up quickly so you cannot enjoy a long shower.

We have stayed in so many diffirent hotel last 3-4 years. But we never stayed more then 2 nights in same hotel. There was always some problems. For examples room tempature, window or walls isolation for sound, cleaning, hot water in the shower, low internet connection... But inGallery Residence hotel we didnt have any problem and first time in our trawel life we stayed 7 nights at same hotel 😊. The room we stayed in consisted of a bedroom and a room where the kitchen and living room were together. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and even a small dishwasher. There is even an iron and ironing board. There is even a laundry room in the hotel where you can wash and dry your laundry for a very affordable fee. The rooms and the entire hotel are super clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets are changed every second day. Drinking water is provided in the room every day in a closed bottle. The rooms have both air condition and radiator. Either way, you can cool or heat the room. The insulation of the rooms is very good. No sound comes from outside or from other rooms. As a family with two small children (4 years old and 8 months old) it was very important for us that our room be quiet, clean and warm. Our room was super clean, super quiet and warm. Also the internet connection was very good. Those who have to work for work will be very satisfied. There is also a work desk in the room. The breakfast was so good. Fresh filter coffee was perfect. Turan, who was in charge of the restaurant department, greeted us every morning with his smiling face and pleasant conversation and cooked delicious omelettes ☺. Murat and Gökhan, who worked at the reception, were there for us whenever we needed. All the employees of the hotel, whose names I do not know, approached us every day with both smiling faces and respect. The owner of the hotel, Burak, contacted us via whatsapp on the way from the airport to the hotel.

Hotel is clean with a central location between Nisantasi and Osmanbey. It has all the basic facilities for a serviced flat but not luxurious

Room 203 was on the 2nd floor, and the windows open on a patio, that is used by residents as a smoking area.. It was v noisy as redidents chatted up to 3 am in the morning
