The hotel was so well located near everything in beautiful calm Nisantasi. The administration were welcoming & very accommodating to our needs ! Anor & Irem were always helping & supporting. The privacy of the rooms perfect: We stayed as a family in one floor and mooved freely between the rooms as if we had the property for ourselves. There was a fridge & a kettle + complementary water ; tea & coffee supply. Shampoo & shower gel + soap were always in the bathroom. Cleanliness was up to my expectations. I would definitely love to visit again Isa in the future!

I would have preferred if they had side lamps near the bed. A microwave would have been great even if only one somewhere accessible in the hotel. Finally; It's very important to let the staff speak English.

Bathroom and toilet needs deep detailed cleaning even they came to clean several times but unfortunately I've never seen a lazy cleaning crew like this because they just arrange the room not cleaning it!!! Bed sheets and covers were not fresh and they never changed them!!!

The staff were absolutely polite and always so willing to assist. They really went out of their way,to make sure you had all the required info. Was very close to the shopping area,. Safe area,literally a minute to high end shopping, great cafes. There was even a hairdresser across the road,great prices.

Such a pity that they didn't speak good English, however Onur,was good to communicate with, great assistance with taxi etc Everyone at the reception was helpful, just the communication skills was scarse. The road was a bit dusty and still under construction. But I'm sure by the time I return to Nishant Boutique hotel, it will be complete.

Very friendly and helpful stuff at reception, really nice and caring people. The location is great, very close to everything in Nisantasi. Comfortable room, especially for 1 person. Cleaning is every day.

The only issue I faced was a road reconstruction on the street where the hotel is located. Most of the drivers don’t take you there and I had to walk with 4 baggage pieces throw off road (it’s a short distance but it’s a challenge because there is literally no road).

Clean, good location, nice staff. Very safe area and easy to travel to touristic areas either via cab or walk. Public transport available nearby but didn’t use it. Recommend :)

Shower head could be replaced, but other than that it was really good, no complaints

Everything was really good, and had a great vacation, staying one week at this hotel, will come back for sure.

It's not that I didn't like but not all the staff speaks well english, maybe there is room for improvement. But google translate worked very well and everything was ok.

I absolutely love this hotel! Stay there every time I visit Istanbul! Its clean, super well located and the staff go out of their way to help you with each and every thing you need no matter what time of day, especially Irem who is such a gem and REALLY takes care of every little detail. I can't wait to come back!

The smart TVs were good to stream Netflix and YouTube The beds are comfortable and the staff are very nice and cooperative. Thanks Onur and Eran The large single room is spacious and has nice and abundant natural sunlight. The smaller room has just enough space to sleep, but it makes up for it in bed comfort. The area around the hotel is full of nice restaurants so delivery time was very convenient, and I enjoyed many walks to the park nearby, which had over a dozen of the friendliest cats in Istanbul! As I was here soon post-surgery therapy, my stay was comfortable and Onur and Eran made sure to answer any questions or help me with any requests during my time in this wonderful place, which I already recommended to two of my friends and will definitely consider for future trips

The elevator is a bit annoying in their opening and closing, and their noise can be annoying since they're right next to the rooms. They have two types of single rooms but the photos are just for the smaller one. If I was given an option, I would have opted for the bigger one from the beginning of my stay. The hot water was being shut off, since I came in lockdown time, the hotel staff it seems didn't want to run the big heating systems just for me, but it was an inconvenience I could manage.

It’s a great place for a great value, clean, nice, lots of windows (bright, pretty room) much space, nicely cooling air conditioner, clean WC etc No complaints

road to the hotel is under construction and hard to walk on and carry your luggage, but the benefit of that is isolation of the hotel from the main road, so it’s quiet and comfy
