Staff is perfect, very helpful, patient and do their best to satisfy the guest, room is super clean and comfy. Location is perfect in a very nice and buzzing area, near to metro station and bus stop. Special thanks to Nadya, her brother & the whole family 😊

Pros: the rooms were clean the staff were friendly and respectful free wifi central location( near to Taksim square and Istiklal street) shopping malls within 20-30 min walking distance Bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance Safe in the room Tea and electrical kettle in the room Cons: We were not told that we could not use tap water for tea or drinking Some fixtures in the bathroom were loose ( like the Bide knob and the toilet paper holder, they would fall down easily) No toothbrush in the bathroom

Great small hotel in one of the best parts of the city. Staff of the hotel is friendly and always ready to help (that means a lot when you're travelling). Every person I've met at the reception speaks english, so the language was no problem. The room itself is very cozy and has 'feels like home' kind of vibe. Cleaning service is also worth mentioning, as it exceeded my expectations. Overall this is a great hotel to stay in!

When we arrived there was some problem with hot water, however I was warned about it. The problem was solved in 12 hours and the reception immediately notified me about it (as I asked). "The problems are not characterising the system, the system response to the problems is characterising it" (c) Though there was a problem the staff handled it like a pros.

Good breakfast. As far as I know, there is no continental option, but we got toasted bread, eggs, cheese, sweets and coffee. Busy area with a lot of cafes and restaurants. There is an amazing shopping mall nearby. Close to the Osmanbey metro station, convinient to travel to the airport. The staff was very friendly.

Appliances in the room show a little wear and tear.

The location - it is on a quiet side street, very close to a metrostation The everyday cleaning and change of towels.

It is not exactly a negative but ir might affect some people - the double room has a single blanket (sorry, I cannot remember the correct word) and I personally prefer them to be two, even though the bed is a queen/king size.

The location is very nice: you can reach Taksim in about 25 min by walk or even faster by public transport. It’s also close to the metro station. The street is calm, although the roads around are busy. The area seems safe, and is next to fancy Nisantasi There are little shops open 24h, as well as many other grocery shops. A lot of cafe and restaurants are located in the area (including beautiful gardens for breakfast). I’m thankful for all the staff, they made my stay very nice :)

My window was facing an inner space between different parts of the building, so you could hear literally everything the other guests were doing :) It wasn’t a big problem for me, though

Small comfortable hotel. Near by metro, 20 minutes from historical center. Shops, restaurants, coffees in one step.

Very loud street near by. Use earplugs while sleeping.

Location of Hotel is great. Hotel and rooms are clean. Personal is nice and speaks good English.

Single room is really small, so if you go for it you shall count with it. Breakfast are really simple and small.

Great location in terms of access to transportation. Hospitable and helpful staff. Overall a good value for the money paid.

Some facilities and materials were damaged or very old.
