I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an excellent experience. From the moment I was picked up from the airport by the hotel's shuttle service, I knew I was in good hands. The staff members were not only helpful but also exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Located in one of Istanbul's most upscale areas, the hotel offers fantastic value for money. With an array of shops, cafes, and outstanding dining options nearby, the convenience factor was unbeatable. During my stay, I had to undergo dental procedures at a clinic just a short walk away from the hotel. Berkan and Ali, who work at the hotel, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being during my recovery. Their caring and attentive nature made a significant difference during a potentially stressful time. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The exceptional service provided by the staff, combined with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, made for an unforgettable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, few steps from all public transportation. Comfortable bed. Receptionists were extremely helpful and decently friendly.

The location is very perfect. You can even walk down from Taksim (1.5km). When the climate is cool this is possible. No need to worry about food, as it is the main town you can get more that 10 restaurants in a circle of 200 metres. Special thanks to Mr. Ali (Staff) during the stay, felt very safe. The courtesy extended was good. No strictness about the checkout time as they understand the customer requirement if it is for an additional few hours.

Maybe they have to start the restaurant, but anyway that doesn't matter as it is surrounded by restaurants.

Actually, there was no breakfast included, but it was OK. The restaurants around the place are so many and they are fine. The location was so nice. Everything I needed was so close; cafes, restaurants, stores and money exchange offices.

In fact I don't remember something that I disliked. Everything I needed was at hand and the hotel staff was more than cooperative. Murat was very helpful and there was a nice young man, Perkan, who was always there to help anytime. I really liked the staff so much. All of them were nice people.

I recently stayed at the Derpa Hotel while traveling in transit, and I had an excellent experience. I arrived at 7:00 am, and despite the early hour, the friendly staff accommodated my request and promptly had a room cleaned and ready for me. Special thanks to Mr. Murat Aktürk and his receptionists, the two brothers Ali and Barakat, who were all exceptionally welcoming and spoke very good English. The hotel is ideally located in Istanbul's business district of Sisli, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square. The contemporary rooms are beautifully decorated in warm chocolate colors, featuring white leather headboards, dark wood furnishings, LCD TVs, and work desks. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was very convenient. Overall, my stay at the Derpa Suite Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The location of this hotel is amazing! You are in the center of great food, shopping and near the metro public transportation. The staff was incredible, coming from the US and not knowing what to expect in a different country and the staff made it so enjoyable. They are very kind and are always there for help. Whether we needed another blanket or an ice pack, they always lended a helping hand. Definitely recommend staying here and recommend the room with a balcony for an awesome view! Rooms are clean, bedsheets and furniture are in excellent condition, you have everything required in your room for comfortable stay. Room service is on top! Location of the hotel is the whole different story! Very convenient, safe and easy to get around everywhere! The heart of the hotel is a staff members! They are extremely friendly and polite! Many thanks to Ali, Berkan and Murad Bey. Those guys are amazing, very helpful and kind, they made my stay very special and comfortable! I’m gonna stay in Derpa Hotel every time I am visiting Istanbul! I rarely rate up the hotels that much!

Location is amazing, 2 minutes from the metro Osmanbey and walking distance to cevahir shopping mall and all of Nisantasi shopping and food spots Staff is very helpful, “Berkan” assistef my during my booking and was ready to help anytime needed. The room was always kept clean and the room warmer and ac both worked perfectly. Toilet has everything needed with clean towels and toiletries changed daily. The room has mini bar fridge, kettle and bottled water.

Murat, Berkon and Ali are very good people, they were very helpful to us and treated us like best friends. They help us with all information we asked, they even gave us a metro card to use, when we checked out they call a taxi for us and help us with our luggage. During the stay they offer us tea and coffee. We never been treated like that in any other hotels. Thank you guys!
