EXTREMELY helpful and caring employees ( be it the employees at front desk, concierge, restaurant,...). Frankly speaking, I really felt pampered. Nice lounge atmosphere at the restaurant, wonderful breakfast with choice of dishes to order as well. I liked the WhatsApp application to communicate with the hotel 24/7 in seconds. I appreciated that, as they had arranged for taxi transportation to go back to the airport, my luggage was already on board of the taxi as I arrived in the lobby. As I forgot a jacket in the wardrobe, I contacted the hotel via the WhatsApp after reaching my final destination and they arranged for my jacket to be delivered in 24 hours. Hence a very professional and class hotel.

While some might enjoy the location in the vibrant street of Besiktas, the noise from pubs in the street may be a bit boresome. As I never succeeded in setting the airco to the right temperature, I had to leave the balcony's window open and therefore had to stand the pub's noise.

Room was very dark even though it wasnt even on the ground floor, rooftop bar across the room - ridiculous loud music until late at night, connecting room next to us (locked door at least) but family with kids next door and due to the poor isolation, we could hear every word of the 2 hour fight, paid 30 EUR for the hotel driver one evening who took 1 hour for a 20 min distance as he kept ignoring the GPS system

Locations and staff were phenomenal. The hotel was super chic and had a nice bar menu.

The hotel room was surprisingly dirty with layers of dust on everything. For such an expensive hotel I'd have imagined much better presentation. The TVs are from maybe 15 years ago. There was also massive holes in the wall from what I'm assuming was old decorations removed. I was a little disappointed to be honest and was hoping for a nicer room as presented in the photos.

it’s our second time here at W Istanbul , we came 2 years ago and we came back cause The location is really good. the staff is nice and helpful : thanks to Eyüp and Isa. Special thanks to Berke and Berk ! They did really good job from the first day to the last day :) Berk did special attention to me cause I am pregnant and I really appreciate it , he is perfect !

Unfortunately the rooms are old … I mean they need to be refresh (paint and furnitures damaged) some of equipment inside the bathroom are damaged… The AC not working well , the LED light… As well , sorry but for a 5 stars hotel the cleaning of the room is very bad…

Great location in a walking distance to Dolmabahce Saray and Besikshtas

Rooms are too dark, however this is the style of the hotel. staff which was cleaning the rooms was too load talking in the corridors.

The hotel's location is amazing! Everything is at a walking distance : coffee shops, restaurants, shops (fast fashion and luxury/ high end ones), city's nisantasi mall, tram station .. and so on. The staff is very professional and nice. There's nothing we didn't like about the hotel. It is not my first time in this hotel, and would definitely not be my last.

Location was amazing, very close to amazing bars and restaurants, but also 30mins away from all the tourist attractions in the old city. Staff is very helpful and kind. Our room was very spacious, and everything was clean.

During Fridays and weekends it can get very loud from bars and clubs around, so can be problematic for some people.

Location is great , staff are super friendly especially Zeynep and Barakh , this stay is my tenth stay in W İstanbul and will be always a loyal resident at W Istanbul

Hotel prices are very variable between websites, there is a huge difference in each website including bonvoy and the official website of W hotel.
