The overall modern layout of the hotel, it was literally right in front of the metro station, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Room and beds were comfortable too! Great location and felt pretty safe too. View from the top floor (restaurant) is pretty great too

Fridge's cooling capacity was really low (my food went bad the next day and ice creams melted too) Charging socket was only next to one bed and not the other one. The other socket was quite far from the bed so that was a bit inconvenient at times.

This property is in a very good location. Very close to buses, taxis, the ferry was a short walk about 10 mins and the metro is right outside the hotel door as well as bus stops. The Bazaar is right across the street and lots of food around. The house keeping changed my sheets daily and cleaned my room very well. I was very pleased with the service! Very nice for the price.

Not much to complain about. It honestly exceeded my expectations and I was very happy! If I needed to be picky, I would say I wish each room had it's own iron, but they brought one when I needed it. I wish there was a pool.

The room is laid out very well, modern, good lighting and a place for two suitcases. The location is very good. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower is excellent and plenty of hot/warm water. Air conditioner worked very well. Beautiful view out our window!

Our room needs a new mattress as it had a huge dip or sagging on the side closest to the window, luckily my husband had that side. My side closest to the bathroom did not have a big dip in it and I could sleep comfortably. On the breakfast, it is adequate but with the yogurt it would be nice to have muesli and or granola. And some nuts like almonds and walnuts.

Good value for money, staff were accommodating for any of our requests at reception and the restaurant. The bed was very comfy and room was great, housekeeping were very friendly and always did a great job We were also upgraded to a superior room from a basic room for free. Definitely recommend

To be overly picky the hotel is on a busy street so there can be some traffic noise of a night time but it is fine

The location is #1 reason for staying in this hotel. It's right smack in the middle of Alsancak and Konak Square, which for me are the 2 main interesting areas in Izmir. The hotel room and facilities were also up to standard - nothing to complain in that regard.

What's lacking is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. It seems they're not good with English but that shouldn't stop you from showing some friendliness to your guests. From the time we arrived, the staff seemed cold towards us, even the guy who watches over the buffet breakfast hardly greeted us whenever we entered the venue (which is just small and we're usually the only guests there due to our early tour call-time). Moreover, the breakfast can be better. It's a typical Turkish spread but - if you're not Turkish - you'll probably not appreciate it as much.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the Çankaya Metro stop and across the street from a traditional shopping bazaar. The location of the breakfast on the top floor of the hotel provided an amazing view. The food offered was plentiful and varied. Free soup in the evening was a nice addition. Staff were friendly.

Connecting to Wifi was frustrating. The instructions given to us when we checked in (using our passport # and room # ) didn't work, so the front desk staff had to enter their password on our phones. That worked for a while but then again the connection stopped and we had to ask for their help again.

The perfect location at the old city center and the Kameralti bazaar area. Good sized room and a good buffet breakfast.

We reserved a superior double room with balcony. At the arrival we found out, that only standard double rooms have balconies. No superior double rooms have balconies, but a kind of French balcony in stead. There is some lacking information between the hotel and Booking.com. The balconies are too narrow anyway to be of any practical use, and in November it did not matter anyhow. But it could have been a serious deal breaker.

Very good location, Metro Station at the front of the Hotel. Room and bathroom were big and clean, big closet, mini bar, kettle, safe box, 2tvs and complemetary bottles of water, hot water 24 hours, wifi works everywhere. Room was made everyday. Breakfast was served from 7 am and it was delicious, many options, plus there was free soup at night time. All staff were very friendly and helpful, they help us with directions and also with a scale to weight our bags. Place is safe and very easy to walk. Agora is less than 10 mins walking and if you like shopping just cross the road and you will be walking in a crazy, busy, beautiful Bazaar where you will get everything you can imagine.

Was Perfect

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived and left. The staff super friendly and good English. Get the superior room like we did. It was super clean to every detail. Bathroom was nice and shower head was awesome. One of my favourite things was they had an assistant to park and deliver our rental car to us in front of the hotel 24/7. They had dry cleaners for all types of clothes. All in all, one of the best hotels we have been to and good for its price. Exceeded our expectation. Well done to hotel staff for being amazing 👏.

Very friendly staff. Location is great - right by the markets and walking distance to the promenade, train station and agora. Good breakfast. Good sized room. Housekeeping and clean towels every day.

The bathroom floor and shower could do with a deep clean. The hotel is on a very busy road so traffic noise is a bit loud. However this was not enough to bother me and I would stay there again.
