Breakfast was good enough. Location a plus. Room size and amenities. Majority of staff very professional and dedicated.

Rooms are not isolated from outside noise. For a 5 star hotel to hear vehicles in the streets or even dogs barking is unacceptable. Concierge policies were strange at all. They charge me an extra guarantee, and at check out were unable to give my money back. Not sure what executive room means, bit it seems the only difference is the presence of a nesspreso coffee machine

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in in all of Europe. We travel to Greece yearly and decided to step out and get the best hotel we could find in Turkey. Man. Did it pay off? Modern, clean, courteous staff and people willing to help. We got the executive suit seaside so it was pricey but the bedding was so soft. A double shower and jacuzzi in the master bath and a separate bathroom for my kids. Totally blew us away! The one thing I was surprised traveling to CEMES and ismere English was hard to come by. Communication was a bit of a hassle but swear using your hands come in. Paying 900 something euros for one day for four people. Was quite the expenditure but there was a Turkish style breakfast which was unbelievable and there was lunch and happy hour. So technically you didn't have to eat out. Food was available up until 6:00. You got to check this place out. It was well worth the money. My family and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

English was hard to come by in both cities. At the hotel it was a bit easier but that would be the only downside I can think of

Excellent location, very dedicated, knowledgeable, welcoming staff, beautiful artwork throughout the hotel, delicious breakfast buffet, extremely comfortable, clean rooms with high quality toiletries, laundry service, iron and ironing board, adapters, etc. lots of attention to detail. Will be back for sure!

Took us a while to figure out the shower head! A little sign with instructions would have been helpful! Also the amount of coffee grounds in the Turkish coffee was sometimes excessive - almost twice what it should have been (and it was inconsistent!)

Facilities and location are excellent. Enjoyed the green tranquility . An island of peace and beauty. We over ate at breakfast as we had an opportunity to sample local Turkish cuisine. The staff are friendly,knowledgeable and alert to our every need. Even though many staff cannot speak English they tried to assist with enthusiasm. Our wonderful stay at Swissotel is one of our most treasured experience. Thank you for the high standards you set.

House keeping can be improved. It is imperative that rooms are cleaned more thoroughly and regularly. Especially the bathroom. Slightly frayed linen deserves more attention.

The amenities were really nice! Breakfast was great. Pool was awesome! Staff and crew were really friendly (especially the staff at Swiss Cafe and pool).

The cleaning crew did an ok job of cleaning the room but they could for sure do a bit better. We stayed at this hotel for about 9 nights and I think they should have vacuum cleaned the room maybe twice during that time but I don’t think they did

As usual Swiss hotel Izmir is one of the best hotels not only in izmir but regional. .Due to the professionalism of all staff with exemptions i can't find any negative feed back. Great facilities,best food and variety of restaurants, spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping,best location,best spa and gem and indoor outdoor swimming pools. Thanks to all the staff that make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Wednesday attend Greek tavern night service extremely slow can you imagine on the floor plenty staff but kitchen services terrible who in charge restaurant manager they didn’t check the table order coming on time my opinion chefs or kitchen staff extremely slow my orders Mezes only arrive after 35 minutes . Simple mezes not good for hotel customers I have a another business trip next week definitely I am not attend again any restaurant in hotel

- Little diversity in evening restaurant menu - parking staff annoying by asking every day for them to keep my car keys and loosing time discussing it with them - door to another room in our room ( initially it was an apartment and then they divided it in 2 rooms) so susceptible to noises - no iron for clothes

Beautiful hotel and staff were exceptional. Food in the restaurants was delicious.

I booked this hotel as it had a pool and gym. When we arrived the staff confirmed on reception the times the pool was open for me. However, the pool was closed for refurbishment... For the whole period I was there. They did send dumbells to my room to use, but certainly not the same as training in a gym setting. I was very disappointed. We also experienced a few power cuts during our 10 day stay. Nothing major and it was rectified swiftly.

premium hotel , excellent location (also for runners) , good breakfast , spacy rooms with balcony , if your room has a view to the backyard , it is even better. you have anything you need in your room. wifi is excellent , parking is free and the restaurant in the top floor is quite good

you'll have to walk a lot in the hotel to reach your room , or from your room to the breakfast area , restaurant or to the SPA. it doesn't bother me but it is what it is.
