The service in the restaurant was amazing. Nice and attentive waiters. The food was awesome. Housekeeping was good as well. Rooms were clean. A/c worked well (my staying was when the temperature was the highest at the season)

The property was a bit old. Apparently, there was a wooden floor underneath the carpet and I could hear that creaking sound every time I stepped on the floor. While sleeping I could hear the same creaking sound coming from above. It made me uncomfortable at 2 a.m. Another thing was a light in the bathroom. It burned out and no one was about to replace it. Of course, it was not a big deal but still it was not an advantage for Mövenpick

Location is perfect. You can reach everything. The staff is always sooooo kind, I love that. It was our second stay here. I really like the hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel is really old, they really have to renovate the rooms. The bath is really old and the carpet especially. The rooms should be sound proof because we could hear everyone walking past our room or even the neighbours when they opened and closed the door.

The staff were excellent, impeccable service, super friendly and cannot fault them at all. My room was huge, clean, comfortable, quiet (triple glazed windows) on a main road with no traffic noise! The card and gift were a lovely touch and the toiletries were nice and well utilised.

The pool was my main reason for booking and unfortunately it was really cold, given I was swimming in the sea up until a few weeks ago I’m not adverse to cold water but an indoor pool such as this should be warmer. What looked like a hot tub in the photos is in fact a strange ‘child pool’ but that’s my own fault for assuming, I’d just rather no one else made the same mistake.

Location was good.food was spectacular.facilities were good. The lady allocated to cleaning our room was the sweetest person in the hotel.

The staff in the restaurant were not friendly...served us cold coffee twice in one morning. Not much greeting took place from staff. However the staff at reception were friendly only upon our exit. We booked a superior king room and from the pics you could see the bay but when we arrived on thursday they told us they don't have a room with that view and instead gave us a room with a view of a building.the pics were therefore deceiving.they offered us an option of a smoking room but we declined.

The attitude of management and professional manner in which they solved an issue. The location of the hotel and the variety of breakfast choices. We found the people at reception (except for the check-in evening), friendly, competent and helpful.

There was a little glitch at check-in when we were given a room contrary to what we asked for. Motivation: there was none available, although we made the request one week in advance and booked for four nights. When management sent us a satisfaction questionnaire one hour after check-in and we complained, a room was immediately found, albeit for the following days. So, there was a negative side and a positive side to the story.

Staff and restaurant Margaux. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Eggplant soup was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. IT was obvious that the staff was given the freedom to make decisions on the spot.

The air-conditioner unit was broken and was making a lot of noise. I could not sleep until 3 am when finally a technician came and removed a piece, bit I had to use it at low speed not to hear the noise. The bed sheets were not of good quality.
