We came at the late night, at 3 am and have got our room, even if the check-in from 12:00. The trip from airport has taken 10-15 minutes. Hotel is not a new one, but clean and comfortable. Our room was small, but cozy and very clean. We've got 4 bottles of water, the electric kettle, tea and coffee were also in the room. The breakfast was great! Typical Turkish with the wide choice of cheeses, olives, sweets etc. The hotel is situated not far from the center of Kayseri, very convinient location. Staff is not strong in English, but we did not have problems with communication. They were always friendly and helpful!

I checked-in at 02:45. Pros: - totally value for money! - location was very good for my purposes (1km walk from city center, on airport side of the city) - room was comfortable, even a bit outdated, with big window with a view - breakfast was adequate (6/10) —> if it was not included, I would not pay for it

Cons: I arranged an airport pick-up with the hotel (180 TL). When I confirmed it day before, they told me that airport no longer allow external pick-ups i.e. my pick-up is cancelled. The hotel, however, failed to notify me of this cancellation (luckily I was proactive). There were several external pic-ups at the airport, so I am not quite certain wheather I believe what I was told. In any case, plenty of taxis with a meter (cost 130 TL).

We arrived late at night with two children after delayed flights. The front desk worker was extremely kind, checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room to a suit so the kids got their own beds. Great room with an awesome view of the town and mountains! Breakfast had a large selection and was very good. We almost left without one of our bags but a staff member caught us as we were about to leave in a taxi. Excellent hotel and workers!

The location is standard and urban, but offers a breathtaking view over the city towards Mount Erciyes (if you're in a higher floor and your windows face the right direction). In June, you can see many swifts in the morning, hunting insects above the city and flying right by the window.

Actually, no major complaints. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it's a great place to stay.

The staff went extra miles to bring coffee to our room. The room was in reasonable size. The staff guided us to park our car.

Since our flight was early in the morning we didn't get to taste their breakfast. Just a miss. The hotel is just adjacent to the main road where it was very difficult to park the car.

We stayed there on two occasions for the airport. Very convenient. The staff were delightful, supplying me with coffee every time I passed. They went out of their way to look after us. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and help with parking the car.

It rained very heavily one night, but i can’t blame them for that!

Nüzhet hotel is a proper business accomodation, close to both the bus station and the airport. We spent there one night on our way back from Cappadocia: it made the work, with large and clean room and a kind staff, which provided us with a taxi very early in the morning. I would come back for sure!

The room was a bit noisy due to the highway that runs right in front of the hotel. Nothing really boring though.

Staff were friendly and organised us for a taxi to see some villages (and this was done at short notice and was good value, with a nice guy doing the driving). The view from the windows of our suite of Mt Erciyes was spectacular.

Air conditioning didn't work very well in the suite. Breakfast was varied but I didn't find it as excellent as the reviewers indicated. Generally we had a good stay though.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpfull and nice eventhough theor english was limited. The bathroom was clean. The room had free tea and water. The bed was fantastic and big. Very good value for your money.

The room did not smell of cigarates but i could sometimes smell it a bit. I think it was from the other rooms.

The staff was super friendly! Despite the language barrier, they helped us book a safe taxi to the airport and even welcomed us with fruit. That was a really nice surprise. We just wanted a place near the airport to spend the night. But they were so friendly that here we are, writing a review to recommend this place. Room was clean and had everything you need.

The room was right next to the road which is a busy street and thus there were car noises at night, but it wasn't too loud cause we were high up in the 7th floor, so in general it was okay.
