Araf Hotel in Konya exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was not only beautifully appointed but also reflected the rich cultural heritage of Turkey. Its prime location, close to the tourist area and the bustling bazaar, made exploring the city a breeze. The traditional Turkish breakfast served at the hotel was a culinary delight, offering a tantalizing array of flavours to start our day. Additionally, the artistic shop downstairs added an extra layer of charm and intrigue to our stay. Araf Hotel provided an exceptional experience, seamlessly blending comfort, hospitality, and culture. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Konya.

While Araf Hotel in Konya offers many positives, such as friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and a great location, I must highlight a drawback regarding the additional bunker beds. As a third adult staying in this space, I found it less than ideal. The lack of a window made the area feel cramped, and the size was insufficient for comfortable accommodation. While it may be suitable for a family with children, I would not recommend it as a triple room option for three adults. This aspect of the accommodation detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This hotel seems like Rumi's poetry has come to life and the letters are whirling around in the ambience performing in a Sema. Check the photos and I am sure you will agree too. Secondly its a 1 min walk from the Mevlana museum and may be 5 to 10 mins to the Ipciski mosque, Shems Tabrez tomb. The staff is exceptional , especially Miss Merwah , who is very helpful , amicable and guided me through my stay. Definitely coming back to Araf

I really enjoyed my stay in Araf Hotel. Good location, nicely decorated common area, comfy bed, generous breakfast, and the best part is the hotel team. Sophia and Anil and others are amazing! They are so polite, sweet, friendly, resourceful and helpful. Sophia gave me recommendation about Konyan dishes and I tried them all and all was so good! She also checked some bus routes for me. There was a lightning issue in my room and she fixed it in no time. Anil was so nice and he ensured my stay was comfortable, he made a very good menengic coffee that I liked it so much. Thank you guys, you all are wonderful! I highly recommend this place for memorable stay in Konya.

Almost nothing, well there was a noticable dirt in the closet which pretry surprised me bc other part of the bathroom was sparkling clean.

Perfect location, excellent and helpful reception staff. Mevre was always welcoming with a smile at the reception and Samira was most knowledgeable about the history of Konya and Mevlana. Clean rooms and bathroom. Beautiful lobby.

Parking is a hassle in central Konya. The hotel has a contract with a nearby otopark. It is okay but not very convenient.

The hotel ,as we were expecting from the photographs, was trying to combine the traditional with the modern with a very successful way. Our room was really clean and cozy. The location of the hotel was just great. Even though was not a buffet, the breakfast was exceptional, probably because the quality was really good in everything. Last but not least, the staff was the best thing in the hotel, everyone were friendly and eager to help.Also the suggestions of the owner really helped us to organise a perfect day in Konya.

The most amazing part about my stay in this hotel was the staff. I felt like I was hosted in my friends' home. They were caring, informative and always helpful. Sophia made me calming tea on the first night and another night it was raining she also brought up some herbal tea. She had really great English too. Omar, the owner greeted me at the airport, had so much information about the city and stories to tell and he also is a partner in a tour company so they can set up any trip you need. He even came with me to one of carpet stores to help me buy. The hotel is an excellent experience in boutique hotels for me، and its my favorite experience in Turkey over the last 10 years of travel there.

I wish the room had a bath tub. I was in the junior suite and it only had a shower.

Araf is an art-deco boutique hotel located just two minutes walk from the main square. Our room was rather small but cleverly designed to accommodate everything. The staff members, Anel, Sophia, Gizem were super helpful. Naaz made an amazing breakfast with fresh, homemade, delicately flavored rose jam. The breakfast was a nice spread, served on the tables. We had a very comfortable stay at Araf.

The room was rather small, so keeping luggage and moving around was a bit tricky.

First and foremost, the reception staff Sofia and Anil were and are the most welcoming and hospitable hosts I have ever met in any property I have stayed at in years of travelling. They make you wonder why they are not heads of customer relations in 5-star ultra luxury hotel chain like Raffles or Shangri-la. I am very happy to have made friends like them and would go out of my way to travel to Konya to any hotel they would be a part of. They both held a wealth of information and knowledge of the local area and even other Turkish cities. As travellers who only went to Konya with a single visit to the Mevlana Museum on the itinerary, they were an invaluable resource filling up 2 days with sights and culinary experiences of the local area. They had the ability to direct us to the best food spots and the best sights Konya had to offer. This gave us plenty to see and eat as well as participate in. The hotel itself was charming, and as one would expect of a 3 star hotel. It is eclectic in its decor and has a charming atmosphere constantly paying homage to its citys most famous resident. Pictures don't do the place justice, and I recommend a visit even if it's just for tea, and if Anil is on shift, ask him for his Menengiç Coffee.

All negatives are forgotten if you are staying with friends. Even a 1 star will feel like home a place with no compare.

This is a typical boutique hotel situated at walking distance from the main tourist sites in Konya. It provides safe parking in the back of the hotel. The lobby is like a museum and the place is very beautifully decorated. Although the size of the room and bathroom is very modest, everything is very comfortable and clean and you have everything you need for a short stay in Konya. The staff was very helpful, we had to leave very early and they made a packed breakfast for us.

Аraf Hotel is a wonderful place, designed with style and certain concept, which we particularly liked. Rooms were clean and comfy, shower has high pressure hot water, they fitted baby crib in our room as requested. Delightful breakfast was served in the common area/lobby. What makes the place special are the staff - polite and friendly, assisted with everything necessary to match our needs. Special thanks, Elham and Sophia! Keep up the great work!
