Super friendly staff. Breakfast was always amazing. Room was lovely and big.

Exterior of hotel and interior of some of the rooms could do with a new coat of paint. Some plugs didnt work in my room but it was fine.

food wasn’t that good, it’s not all inclusive as you have to pay for certain drinks at certain bars the ice cream bar at the pool is not free and it’s expensive the beds are hard

Very nice resort. Staff was very friendly. Good animations programme. Very helpful reception. Good location........................ Very goog hairdresser. Room was clean, towels changes every day.

No sandy beach. Furniture in the room was old. .Quality off spirits. Missing more see food (octopus, fresh tuna, prawns......) Cold water on pool.

Everything was very nice. I like this hotel. If you want to best rest then without thinking you can choose this hotel. 1.Very clean rooms ( everyday cleaning) 2.Tasty dishes (all-you-can-eat buffet) 3.Hotel is located between sea and forest 4.Everynight different night show + dj party ( Thank you Ercan bey for organization) I would like to write more about this hotel but I advice just go and enjoy ;) Thanks Volkan bey and all staff. Wonderful hotel! Rooms are very clean, cozy, well equipped. Views from each spot of hotel are amazing. Restaurant is great, meal is tasty and various. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hope to come again.

In our bungalow shower space wasn't closed fully from bathroom itself, so water ran out on the floor.

It was very pretty. It was clean, close to the sea, free car park, good selection of food, lovely staff, nice pool with loungers, excellent jettys and fantastic hair salon.

Our bungalow was close to another property and we could hear loud music from 11pm to 3am most nights which kept us awake. There wasn’t much fresh fruit available at lunch, breakfast or dinner. Free Ice creams weren’t available during the day. We weren’t told the chinese or Italian restaurant wouldn’t be open every day so we missed eating in them which was a real shame.

We've been travelling with our dog and for us the green territory was excellent solution) Fatih at Cocobar is wonderful and very very helpful.

It seems we've been given the oldest and smallest room out of all they have. Though, it was comfortable. But very dark bathroom and sometimes smell.

Just got back from this wonderful hotel. It was our first family holiday and one to remember. Children (ages 5 and 2) loved every minute of it. Kids club which runs everyday apart from Sundays was amazing. Children 4 and over can be left with the staff but children under 4 need to have a parent/adult stay with them. Kids disco ran most nights at 20:30. Pools were nice and clean with many activities to get involved in such basket ball and hand ball all in the pool. Other activities were archery, table tennis etc. food was lovely and great variety. Freshly cooked food at various stations. Great location not too far from the centre (50TL by taxi or 70TL if you go the main city centre/beach) There is a beach area at the resort again lovely. Loads of sun loungers. Be sure to keep your beach towels safe as you need to hand the beach towel card back in reception at checkout. We extended our checkout for 4 hours for £17 this can only be done on the day and depends on availability. Great hotel will definitely be visiting again next year.

Food was delicious and varied. Cooked stuff was a little oily but not terrible and plenty of salads. My lover is vegan and had plenty to eat Literally food available throughout the day which is fabulous with young kids. Beach was divine and pool was great with fun water slides. Plus kids club was incredible if you have kids over 4 they can stay with the staff from 10-12 and 2.30-5. My girls were v happy there for 2 hours a day. Had a lovely massage Would definitely go back

Night time entertainment was v noisy but ended at 11 and the kids room was at back of bungalow so that was OK The bungalow was lovely but only windows at the front so hard to air. Not much air conditioned space in dining room. Luckily it wasn't crazy hot but the most picturesque place was full on sun.
