This is one of the best times I have ever had with my family starting with checking in with Mrs. Fatima and Mrs. Nabilah they represent excellent customer services in terms of helping, understanding the issues and sorting it out. The hotel is really good you don’t have to leave and go out side. there are various activities for children and they also you provide with two main meals Breakfast and Dinner and in between is snacks the food is really delicious. The hotel is located in very quiet area and relaxed in the night time. Clean room and good services and helpful staff and respectful. I recommend this hotel for all families who looking for different experience.

At check in waited 15 minutes even though there were two staff serving one guest ,they could divide their service to help us finish the check in in a short time but they decided to ignore me and my wife for that long. After that the female staff did the check in for us and then I had some questions about the hotel the male staff told us to step aside to help another guest behind us even though I didn’t take long time,he told me in a rude manner to leave but I have the right to ask about my reservation information. That was first impression on the hotel staff and it was bad impression.

Location very exceptional and wonderful its in the middle of forest and nature. Rooms are large and bath room too It has excellent spa facilities and swimming pools and sauna and Turkish hammam It's an excellent resort for families and honeymoon

The cleaning is deteriorated with time. I visited the resorts several times, lately some observations are noted: the corridors carpet and room cleaning not like before. Corridor carpets need to be cleaned or changed and monitoring on the housemades cleaning need to be preformed for rooms Some of the beds needs to be renovated too Staff are not so friendly in reception and guest relations

The rooms and corridors need to be more clean I have been to this resort before and came back because I liked it but the level of cleaning and room service are detiroted and need be improved and some beds need maintenance Staff are ok but some of them don't speak English and Arabic speaking guest relation lady is little rude

it was great stay I’m so happy that I chose this hotel for our vacation everything was great and perfect they give us a room with a magical view and some romantic stuff including very tasteful vanilla cake and roses all over the place. the breakfast was varied and delicious the dinner was more varied and representing the Turkish cuisine very well 👌 at our last day we had an accident ( I dropped my phone by mistake in the lake ) and the hotel manager came by himself to assure that I get my phone back so they managed to take it out ( the lifeguard swims into the lake to take my phone back ) that was so great from them and I’m so glad and grateful for them .

As usual the location is exceptional, near the forest, and this why I usually select this hotel. Also, the reception WA very warm and staff was very friendly. When they knew that it was my birthday they expressed their wishes and upgraded my room. And I have received a birthday cake The room was very clean and well designed. The buffet has variety of food and delicious. A very friendly staff

Everything was Amazing. Location facing sapanca lake. Music band in the lobby at night. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Helpful restaurant staff. Clean and modern. Female swimming pool and turkish bath are relaxing

Air conditioner was not working, we called the receptionists 4 times them they sent a maintenance man who said that the AC should be fixed manually. After that the AC was still below expectation’s specially in this 5 stars hotel

The name of the hotel starts by Elite and it is areal Elite place for families, children's, and tourists that need to relax, enjoy, and swim. The hotel restorant is one of its kind. The car parking service is outstanding. The Guest Relation helped me a lot in communicating with me one I forgot my laptop in the room and travel a broad. Special thank to Ms. Irem for her effort and excellent attitude dealing with customers. Thank you

The location and view of this hotel are worth $1million. I’ve been around and this is by far one of the best resorts worldwide. 7 pools and a lagoon, a full-fledged spa and amazing top notch facilités. The view is breathtaking . It’s great for younger and older families.
