The location and aesthetics of the property are absolutely phenomenal. I felt transported into a location that wasn’t just a hotel but clearly a labor of love. There were personal touches that just made sense, excellent provision of little amenities, amazing breakfast and dinner with a view. We came to the town of Şirinçe for its historical charm (and it had plenty), but our stay and walks around the grounds of Nisanyan hotel were the most charming part of all. My partner and I have stayed in hotels in over 15 countries, and this one was in our top 3, and in certain aspects, a clear favourite. I would love to come back and stay longer in the future.

Absolutely nothing.

It was easy to find the hotel following the signs on the road. They recently built a path climbing to the hotel and it was easy to drive there. The staff is kind and helpful. They have an amazing cook named Ferda. She cooks traditional food but according to your dietary requirements and preferences. Everything we ate was delicious. They have a wide selection of local wines as well. The rooms are old but renovated to serve as a hotel room. All in all it felt so authentic and cosy. Best place to stay in Şirince.

The bed and the pillows were a bit hard. I didn't like it but someone else might enjoy.

Overall, our stay at Nisanyan Hotel in Selçuk was delightful. The boutique hotel boasts a peaceful atmosphere and is conveniently located near Ephesus, just a short drive away. The stunning views over Sirince village were truly memorable. The breakfast spread was rich, fresh, and delicious.

There was a small disappointment regarding the chalet accommodation. Despite booking a chalet advertised as having 2 bedrooms, it turned out to have only one bedroom with a door, while the second bed was in the living room/bedroom area without privacy due to the lack of a door. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings."

It’s just a short walk down the hill to the village. - Very tastefully designed rooms, comfortable beds and good internet - Nice touches like a shared kitchen to make tea, and candles and incense in our room

- This hotel seems more designed for families rather than romantic couples. We stayed 3 nights and each night there was a different family staying next door to our room, and as the walls are quite thin, we found the children noise somewhat disturbing in the evenings. - The cats climbing over tables and eating food off plates made it harder to enjoy the breakfast. - The water was often lukewarm in the shower.

Gorgeous hotel in the mountains not far from Ephesus (15 minute drive). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Owner spent some time visiting with us. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. We stayed in the main building which was decorated very nicely. We felt we were in an old home/manor. There were cottages available as well. Had a great dinner at the restaurant.

Since the hotel is in the mountains, there is a drive up a gravel road. Not a problem, but something to be aware of. The hotel gave great driving directions.

This hotel is truly one of the kind with it's incredible setting and views. It is a real experience but not for everyone. We personally loved it! The place is very unique and a bid funky. Be prepared for a lot of steps. We had two rooms during our stay, both in the main building. Both were very comfortable but not fancy. Room 1 has the most spectacular view over the whole valley and town and room 2 looked over the tree tops. They have cottages spread all over the large property and some of the rooms are a short hike up the hill. This might be challenging to some folks. The pool is also a short walk from the main building but very pleasant to spent some time relaxing. The pool was clean but the water was still pretty cool. We had a fantastic dinner at the hotel and you cannot beat sitting there at sunset overlooking the valley. The breakfast was also good and the setting is so special. In case of rainy wheather they also have a nice dining room and a sort of pavillion where we had breakfast served one morning. The short drive up to the hotel is a little bit challenging with the last part being an unpaved narrow road but in our opinion the location is so worthed.

One suggestion would be to offer more coffee. The small coffee pot was emptied quickly and one had to wait a while to get another cup. We had to figure out that you could actually could ask for eggs or if you wanted something special. Nobody had explained this to us and the woman serving did not speak English. So, don't be shy and ask for what you would like and they will deliver. There are a couple of people who speak english but communication was sometimes challenging but we used Google translate and that worked well.

We only stayed one night here but Nisanyan hotel far exceeded our expectations. The pictures were already pretty, but honestly, it looks even more lovely in real life. We wished we had extra time to wander the hotel’s property and gardens. The hotel is not on flat terrain, and the main path (that cars can drive on) is made up of huge cobblestone. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend checking in while holding a smaller bag of essentials then driving up when your large bags later. The reception is downhill from most of the hotel so if you bring bags down, you’ll have to bring them back up to your room. I highly highly recommend the in house restaurant for dinner. It was honestly one of the top experiences of our two week, reasonably well researched trip. The portion sizes are also decently large, though we were not looking for that. If you want to eat here, they will recommend preordering your entree.

Everything at the Hotel Nisanyan was perfect! We were greeted with an elderflower cordial upon check in which was a lovely touch. The property is gorgeous, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the meals were exceptional. I can't wait to come back and will definitely be recommending to family & friends.

Our only regrets were that we didn't stay longer. The hotel offers cooking classes which I didn't know about either. In our 14 days in Turkey, our stay at the Hotel Nisanyan was one of our favorites so I wish we had planned for a longer stay to more fully enjoy the property and the quaint town of Sirince.

I highly recommend this beautiful village for anyone looking for an authentic experience. And I highly recommend this wonderful gem of a place to stay. A truly wonderful experience to indulge in the local traditions. From the decor of the rooms to the food served at breakfast. What I appreciated the most was also the fact that they sent us a msg before hand explaining the directions and details as the reception and GPS might not work properly in the village. All and all a must see and stay if you are around this region.

Stunning location with great views over Sirince in the valley below. Enchanting arrangement of the hotel properties, terrace restaurant, pool and well maintained grounds. Facilities were first class, exceptional service very welcoming natural and relaxed - nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant excellent food very reasonably priced given service, setting and views. Breakfast exquisite way to start the day or take late after a visit to Ephesus.
