- Overall Property (10/10): The same hotel with two properties. One is Livia Hotel Ephesus and one is Livia Garden Hotel, close to each other. I was upgraded to Livia Garden. The moment you enter you feel a beautiful energy in this beautiful boutique hotel. A nice garden with a nice pool (where you’ll have breakfast). - Location (10/10): perfect and walking distance to different restaurants and tourist attractions. - Neighborhood (10/10): beautiful and felt safe. - Cleanliness (10/10): Everything is clean and well taken care of. - Rooms: very nice and have everything you need with comfortable bed. - Breakfast (10/10): Delicious Turkish breakfast - Hospitality (1000/10): everyone is so kind and welcoming, especially Erdem the hotel manager; he went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He explained everything and helped book my tours and airport taxi.

Everything was the best in the hotel. We were upgraded to Livia Garden Hotel, which was very grateful. The two owners are handsome and very very hospitable. They seemed to worry they couldn’t give us more. The rooms are very stylish and cosy. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful. Although we didn’t use the swimming pool, it just looked very inviting. Last but not the least, the breakfast is too good to be true. It was served by the pool, which was very enjoyable. It was my first time eating traditional Turkish breakfast and I am totally amazed at the wonderful taste and quality. You must come to experience this hotel yourself. You won’t regret it.

The hosts were fabulous and helped us with outing reservations, info on local busses, and airport transfer. We especially enjoyed fires in our fireplace in the evenings. Breakfasts were lovely and scrumptious. They turned on the TV for breakfast which first I was wishing they wouldn't, but instead of news or some other thing I didn't want intruding on my breakfast, there were beautiful vids with gentle music - themed to travel, etc, without adverts. It was lovely!

Nothing to put here - it was all in all a positive experience all the way around.

Everything has been perfect! Erdem and all staff are the warmest, sincere and very helpful. Rooms are furnished and decorated with high standard. Stay for more days if you can and spread the visit to the sights in the areas to a few days because it would be a shame not to relax in the beautiful garden and pool after a hard walk in Ephesus. Location’s great too, in a quiet and curated area but just a few minutes walk to see the vibrant local lives, and a few minutes drive from Ephesus is convenient to get there early and avoid the crowd.

By no means as a negative thing per se, just a suggestion: we were really pampered to the degree that something seems wasteful, for example, I’d be perfectly happy if the towels are changed upon request and not necessarily everyday!

During check in we were moved to Livia Garden Hotel, so this review is more about that one. The hotel is very modern, with gorgeous garden. They even grow their own tangerines, which they offered multiple times and were excellent. The pool was also looking tempting, but we didn't try. The room was great, modern, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also good, nice big shower. The staff was amazingly welcoming, very kind and helpful. Wifi is fast and reliable. Breakfast packet for early check out was provided, which was actually very useful.

Maybe only one thing, which I didn't like looking back, was the breakfast. It's served for you, so you don't pick what you want. The options were decent (fruit, vegetable, cheeses), but a lot of really dry stuff. They thankfully also do omelettes which were very tasty. I would prefer buffet style with more options when you can pick what you want.

We got upgraded to the Livia Garden Hotel and it was absolutely stunning. Selcuk is such a quaint beautiful place and this hotel is centrally located. Erdum the manager was excellent and reached out before our arrival to ensure everything was perfect and helped us with our luggage as there are no elevators since it’s a boutique hotel. We had arrived later than anticipated and Erdum gave us great tips on how to best use our time and made us feel right at home. Breakfast and dinner was also great and right by the pool and the archaeology museum where the dolmus to Ephesus City leaves from is maybe a 5 minute walk. Be aware that Selcuk is a hilly town so bring comfy shoes!

Everything about this hotel is spot on! The location among the old streets of Selcuk is relaxed and quiet, and it is easy to walk to the ruins of Artemis Temple, the Ephesus museum and the Isa Bey mosque, as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Only a few minutes drive to the ruins at Ephesus, and also the old village of Sirince. The staff were lovely and friendly and our room was large, fresh and clean, including the added bonus of a stork's nest just outside our terrace! A delicious breakfast is served in the courtyard garden, where there is also a swimming pool (which we didn't try, but looked good!).

I had a wonderful stay at Livia. The host Erdem and the service were brilliant. They genuinely made you feel you are a very welcomed friend and go above and beyond to make you a fantastic stay. Upon check in, Erdem helped make a travel plan that saved me tons of time and energy to visit all the highlights at Ephesus during the short time. All hotel staffs that I had interactions with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and served by the pool. When checking out, they also provided me refreshment that recharged me before heading to airport. Highly recommend this hotel to all travel to Ephesus! Erdem and his team is the best!

Livia Garden Hotel is definitely a hotel i would stay at again. The rooms are nice and clean, the garden was beautiful, and the pool was a nice bonus. The breakfast was of a nice variety and very plentiful. I had dinner two times and they both had nice flavor. The staff were all very nice and pleasant. A special standout if Erdem (hope I spelled that right) who is quite simply one of the loveliest most charming person I have met. He greeted me when I arrived late at night and gave me all kinds of good suggestions of what to do, arranged a nice tour for me, transportation, answered all my questions, and even took time to help me shop for sunglasses when I left mine in a taxi. Very nice experience. Highly recommended. Also the location is great. It is close to everything and also easy access to the bus station. I also enjoyed the rainhead shower with good water pressure and plentiful hot water

Selçuk is an amazing city and the hotel is idilic. Erdem and all the staff have the best energy, always smiling and making all efforts to give us the best time. Breakfast is amazing! And the shower is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel, that tends to be the issue on the list but not here!
