The special attention provided by the owner and the price. The owner arranged tours for us. Also, make sure I had a sandwich ready for me to take away. They have a small bar and there is happy hour from 7 to 9. The hotel was clean at all times. The location is quiet.

The room had a humidity odor, the bathroom door did not close ant the toilery sit malfunctioned, there are no hooks to hang towels or coats nor there are any hangers, nobody ever came to clean or empty the garbage eventhough we asked the receptionist. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. It's a little far from the train station.

This is a lovely little hotel in a perfect location, next to the mosque and St John Basilicia in the old part of town. It's very pretty with nice cafes in both the old and new parts to walk to. It also has its own cafe and bistro on a fabulous roof terrace with great views where you take breakfast, dinner, or sundowners. The staff and Mehmet, the manager, were super attentive and helpful. The rates we got were great value for money. Typical large Turkish breakfast and the chef made us stuffed aubergines for dinner as there was nothing else vegetarian on the menu, which we appreciated. For us, this hotel was near perfect. We could easily park our 2 motorcycles right out front. The bed was huge and super comfy, as was the room generally.

There was some road noise in the evening but this didn't bother us particularly. Little things like the curtain hooks needing replacing, no batteries in the safe and the shower head needing descaling...the checkout time is 1200 and the check-in is 1400 which is great but I suspect its quite tough for the staff to do a thorough turn around on the rooms in that timescale so that they can do the detailed stuff. Sort out these little issues, and it was a straight 10 !👍

Mehmet did a great job of communicating with us about our stay. He promptly answered questions and checked in with us as we were traveling. He also arranged airport transport and any other transportation needs we had. He set up a private tour of Ephesus for us as well as a sunset visit to the Aegean. The hotel is located on a quaint, quiet street in a friendly neighborhood a few blocks from the Temple of Artemis and just steps away from numerous excellent Turkish restaurants. We enjoyed the views from the Bistro and terrace and sitting outside in front of the hotel. The room was clean with cold a/c and a nice shower.

The staff where really friendly, everyone was so welcoming even had two cute dogs that lived there, the dogs made it feel so much nicer and more welcoming! We got upgraded to a larger room for no extra cost which we were blown away by, this was so unexpected and greatly appreciated. The owner told us about many Activites and told us even about the ballet happening the night we were leaving which was a shame but we appreciated the gesture to go. The terrace on the rooftop provides a great spot to go and chill out at the end of the day and check out the amazing view. We would stay there again it was so awesome!

Maybe a little far out of town but we enjoyed the quite of the location and the extra walk was welcomed.

First of all, they are very polite, especially the staff, the rooms are very beautiful and have a unique forest view, if we look at the location of the hotel, it is close to many historical places. And I joined the Ephesus tour and it was great, and the hotel also has a restaurant and a terrace, whether you stay at the hotel or not, you should definitely go and drink wine or beer at sunset time, it goes great with the unique view. Lovely hotel in a nice and peaceful area located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Selçuk. We loved every detail and the friendly atmosphere. The view from the terrace itself is worth the stay. The bed was big and comfortable, and the balcony is nice for relaxing after a long day walking. Mehmet assisted us during our short stay with a professionalism and kindness that we'll never forget! I really recommend this place. Thank you so much :)

I was in this hotel 8 years ago and I visited it again. In the meantime, the hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Parking in front of the hotel. A few steps from St. John's Basilica. Beautiful terrace with a view (including some rooms ) on the Temple of Artemis. The breakfast is solid and usual for smaller hotels in Turkey

with a little effort, breakfast could go from the category of ordinary to extraordinary

Mehmet is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much for him, and he helped us loads with travel plans and amending booking arrangements. The location is SUPERB. Right next to Isa Bey Mosque and St John Basilica, and on the same road as loads of trendy coffee bars and delicious Turkish restaurants. The rooftop bar is great for a drink - and don't forget to go up one more flight to the comfy terrace to watch the sunset. Would love to return!

Location is so good, very close to old citadel. 5 mins walk away to the heart of Selcuk town. Breakfast is quiet delicious and your view from the terrace is awesome. You can enjoy their terrace for breakfast and also for chilling in the evening or night.

bathroom could be a bit more cleaner as i found some hair in shower. Minibar's door was hardly closed, probably it needs a check. Rest was good and comfortable. I can suggest this place for any Selcuk trip.

The location is near the center in a quiet area. Loved the terrace for breakfast and drinks/ food. Street parking was right in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

They have two cute dogs. One must have been sick because there was dog poop in the hallway three times our first day. That makes things feel dirty. They serve beer and food on the terrace, so there is music until 10:00-11:00. No mirror outside the bathroom.
