Very neat hotel, great position by the main road along the shore, which is ideal to visit the city center, as well as to enjoy the marina. Our room was small but comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, and the window opened onto a side street, so it was also very quiet. All members of the staff were helpful (particularly, but not limited to, Berkay who welcomed us upon our arrival). Parking is on the street in front of the hotel ad a vale takes care of your car. Breakfast ok.

Parking is taken charge of by members of the staff, and the key is kept all the time at the reception in a drawer: one should therefore remember not to leave any valuables inside (as always in big cities), and to double check even the car equipment (such as fire equipment and other removable stuff). Turkish breakfast is ok, but coffee is extra fee.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there was no smell of cigarette in the room (big achievement for a turkish hotel), the space is very clean and it is very well located. As for parking, you need to hand the keys to a valet who will park the car for you.

Everything was going so well until we checked out, where we were told we had an open bill for food. It turned out the croissants we were asking for at breakfast were not included in the "normal" turkish breakfast, but the breakfast waitress did not tell us that, maybe because of her poor English. Bear in mind that one croissant is almost 5€ there... It was very disappointing to see that the receptionist couldn't make an exception in our case, as we were never told it had an extra charge...

I had the pleasure of staying twice at Invite hotel (Trabzon), and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff Miss. Ebrar and Mr. Emirjan, and Mr. Emirhan from the customer care, who were friendly and efficient in checking me in. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference. The room was immaculate, with all the amenities I could ask for, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and cloudy. This hotel is only about two years old and is situated within walking distance (5 minutes) to the town center (Meydan) and other attractions (beach, restaurants and shopping areas), plus it is less than 8 minutes from the airport. I’ve enjoyed the breakfast, especially the options of having it in or outside the restaurant, which added a delightful touch to my morningsy.

Overall, Invite hotel exceeded all my expectations. The exceptional service, combined with the comfortable accommodationsc and excellent location, made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

No tissue in room

I’m on a solo motorcycle road trip across Middle East, Turkey etc & so I need to make sure that both my bike & I are secure and Invite Hotel did just that, Hanife on reception was very professional & welcoming when I booked, the room was perfect & she gave me a room with a great view, thanks so much.

The only thing that bothered me was the breakfast was absolutely terrible, after I was given a plate of sacheted cheese & bread & some garnish, I was told that eggs would cost extra & then when I said I wasn’t going to pay extra for eggs in a 4* hotel, the chap went to kitchen to get me poached eggs and came back with a single cold boiled egg….I stood up & didn’t even go for breakfast the next morning. Disappointing chap in dining room & no breakfast selection.

we absolutely love this hotel! The staff, namely Fahri, the lady at night and the waiter serving us food (we apologize for not recalling your names), were extremely kind and helpful. We thank you all for making our stay a memorable one! The gave us an upgrade to an amazing room with a spectacular sea view and even made provision for us to have our breakfast early as we had to leave for the airport. We loved how they had cockatiels who were cute and friendly, kids would love this place. The food was amazing, their signature burger loaded with cheese is a must-try as is their pasta. Overall the location was good and we could easily get around. We also thank Fahri for taking time and giving us tips of places to visit, for we loved the Trabzon Aqvaryum it was so much fun!

There is nothing I can say about this hotel that we didn't like! We loved our overall experience, and we would love to visit again!

The breakfast was awesome with many options . The counter staff, Mr Berkay Aslan was very polite, helpful and very co-operative. The place was extremely clean and well kept. The hotel had 2 cute birds in cages, who kept us entertained. Overall it was a marvelous clean place with a beautiful sea view. The elevators were too big and quick to reach us to our floor. The rest of the staff too were extremely cooperative and very helpful.

All was good and clean, value for money.

The property location was perfect, it’s near to Midan and the Cornish, you will walking to both of them. The staff were very helpful entire time i was there, the room service was is very professional and it’s very clean, the valet guy will bring your car once he saw you coming to the reception And i feel the price was match a value of hotel

The room’s size is small a little bit, and there is no soundproof but the hotel is very quit so you will not feel uncomfortable

I was on vacation for 2 weeks in November. I chose the hotel because of its excellent location. I took it for a couple of days at first, then I liked it so much that I decided to stay and not change the place! The room was simple, but quite comfortable. everything is clean, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff are friendly, everyone gave us a very warm welcome. I’m incredibly glad I chose this hotel, I’ll definitely come back here someday!

Excellent value for money, the hotel is well maintained and in a good location. The staff are really lovely and the boys looked after the parking of our car and were extremely kind. Really nice experience.

The hotel does have automatic heating and cooling system so during winter, although it’s cold outside it can get very hot in the rooms, but they staff do try to adjust it as best as they can. Other than that it’s a perfectly good hotel.
