Comfortable place in the walking dicstance from Old town center, Ataturk square, main streets with banks, shops and cafes. Helpfull staff, ready to support in ordering a taxi, organizing local tour etc.

Rooms are simple enough (but worth their money). Our windows looked into some dark backyard! :) Breakfast is standard and simple. But it doesn't spoil the total impression.

Our staying was nice for those five days, they gave us different room (Better) but they didn't saw that we had another 2 days added (I'll write about it on next review). Facilities were working, room was clean, staff were nice, they helped us in multiple staff. Hotel is in the centre of the city.

Breakfast was always the same but not same as pictures, there was not drinkable water, I guess they're refilling bottle from the sink. One day of our first booking there wasn't hot water when we needed to take shower and go out. But for this price it was okay and wasn't expecting more.

It was a wonderful stay. Although I missed my 1st day Of my stay , but the manager Mehmet understood the situation and return back to me half the money I paid for this night. WiFi is good , breakfast is ok ,the location is more than perfect as it’s in the middle of the city. The disappointing thing that booking deducted the whole stay from credit card however in the reservation steps , I was told that I’ll pay at the property, I don’t know if this issue the hotel or booking is responsible for. People there are very helpful , polite and cheerful Emile , fariba and especially guli. And also mehmet the manager.

The reception staff were incredibly kind. They speak exceptional English. As there was room availability they let me check in early. After check out I had to rebook transport - to leave Trabzon - and the staff were kind enough to let me use the lounge area and even provided me with a drink. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Close to transport links and the museum district.

The toilet seat needs replacing. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay!

It's a very cozy hotel, love the walls :) it's old, but they are keeping it in the best way they can. The location is the best, super central but not too noisy in the night. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Spending a weekend there, we also have been invited to a special party in the other 5 stars apart they have near the airport, and that was a nice and interesting culture night for us. They all have been such kind people to us, and if we go back to trabzon, for sure we know where to stay :) thank you all of you.

The boss was extremely generous and humble that he let us change our stay from the principal hotel near maydan, that my wife didn't like,to another branch near the airport without extra money. He, with his excellent staff, were very helpful and friendly. we will never forget that valuable gesture.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They speak great English and helped me so much with everything. The hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre. They have one of the fastest WiFis I've had in Turkey. Can totally recommend!

During my second stay the shower didn't work well most of the time. The pressure was low and the water came cold. I don't know if it was a problem in the room or just a problem those two days. I had stayed before in another room and didnt have problems at all!

cozy city hotel, nice room (yup, it is small, good for a couple of nights but not for a long stay), conditioner, breakfast, hot water - everything works good. and the main advantage: it is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and market, sightseeing, cafes, fast food. parking is not easy but quite findable (in the night - easily). the staff is very helpful and nice

this is not a disadvantage but a tourist need to keep in mind that to enter the venue you need to use the steps (like 1 floor climbing, not more). sometimes there is a que to the breakfast room

Maybe bathroom could get some renovation, but overall, good hotel value for the price. My booking ordered taxi was 5 times overpriced compared to normal Trabzon city taxi rate, but it has not anything to do with hotel, next time i'll know better.

I stayed for 1 night with 👪checked-in very late approx 10pm, but the receptionist cum assistant was very helpful. He helped us with heavy luggage, extra blankets, etc. The hotel is in the crowded market and approx 10-15 mins near airport. For night overlay, this can be a best choice noting reasonable price. Room is just ok, basic amenities available like wi-fi, working AC, good breakfast, nearby market, good money exchangers, etc. Specially, the night receptionist was really co-operative & helpful.

Parking can be an issue if you need one as you have to find a space in busy market which can be little stressful, as the property don't have dedicated parking
