The hotel itself was very close to and connected to the airport. It was clean and comfortable, meeting all the expectations we had of a NH hotel.

The signage to the hotel was poor, especially when you arrive late in the evening when the access to the hotel is blocked from the airport terminal. We tried going into the carpark to get across but the hotel was not accessible by pedestrians that way either. In the end, we had to spend alot of time to find someone to ask and in the end, we were lucky to locate an airport ground staff to point us (especially late in the evening). When we finally got to the hotel, we had to wait another 10mins until some one is there at the reception!

Location: Access directly to the airport via a covered walkway suitable for wheeled luggage. The journey to the checking in halls took about 15 minutes from the room (we had already fully paid our bill) And excellent, if rather utilitarian restaurant. Excellent bathroom facilities - excellent TV in the room

Rather utilitarian appearance: And, being rather pedantic, the shower was in the bath; it's more difficult/slippery to get in and out of the shower than into a purpose constructed shower cubicle. Nightmarish journey around the back roads to gain vehicle access to the hotel entrance, and the signposting to the vehicle entrance is very very poor . If using a hire car, return it to the hire car area before going to the hotel !! And then walk to the hotel wih your suitcases, which is very easy.

I chose the hotel due to its location within the airport and this is perfect for an early flight. It is within the airport and takes less than 10 minutes to register for flights. The personnel is very friendly, efficient and helpful. We were upgraded to a wonderful room with living room with a very comfortable bed. The room is clean, well equipped and quiet. We ordered room service which was really excellent and not expected to that level and it was quite quick. We came with a rental car that we returned after taking in our suitcases to the hotel and car returns is within close walking distance to the hotel.

Perfect position for accessibility to the airport. Modern hotel, spotlessly clean. Despite being adjacent to the airport and opposite the short stay car park it was extremely quiet. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed at reception and told we had been given an upgrade to a suite. It was exactly as show on the photos. Huge comfortable bed, a lounge area with coffee machine, mini bar, and a surprise plate of fancy pastries! The bathroom had a bath and a large separate shower. Quality soaps were provided and also dressing gown and slippers. Unfortunately we had to leave at 5am to catch a flight so we didn’t experience breakfast. Julien at reception was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we need and early flight.

For us the room was too warm even though we turned the thermostat down as far as possible.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Warm and friendly welcome on arrival after a long day. Smart and stylish room of a good size. Bed very comfortable. Good choice at breakfast. International electrical socket in room was a nice touch. Lots of USB charging points in room. Quiet and was able to sleep easily.

Minor point, but the toiletries - soap, shampoo etc - were quite runny and were hard to apply before they ran off my hand and into the sink/shower. They need to be a bit more solid/gel-like. View out of the window was not great, with a bright light shining in the room at night. But it's at an airport, so I wasn't expecting views over open countryside and the curtains were very effective, so not a major problem.

Our flight was cancelled so my friend and I booked two rooms at this hotel given its close proximity to the airport. The staff were amazing. Friendly, kind and attentive. Fanny at reception let u check in early, the restaurant staff were also excellent. Florian was able to organise a vegan meal for me (not on the menu). The room was so comfortable and quiet. Wonderful buffet breakfast. what started out as a very bad day (early start and cancelled flight ) ended up becoming a great extension to our holiday.

Overall a pleasant stay. The accommodation was comfortable and check-in was smooth.

The bar service was poor and the staff were not very attentive. Upon check out, an attempt to charge for the room for a second time was made, the systems were checked to verify we had already paid. It would have been more convenient if their systems allowed staff to clearly see if a guest has paid to avoid waiting around for checks to be done and safe the embarrassment of arguing the bill has already been settled.

Loved the comfort and support of the bed. Appreciated that snacks and drinks were available. Bed linens were very nice. The toiletries were of excellent quality. The location is awesome. Liked having a bathrobe at my disposal even though i did not use.

Directions or signage to the hotel were a challenge. I prefer a blanket and sheet verses a comforter. I cannot sleep under a comforter. It's too heavy and i get too hot. I travel in Europe with my own small blanket.

There's an indoor hallway that leads directly into the airport, which is very convenient for early flights since you don't have to rely on a shuttle service and it's only a couple of minutes by foot. The on site free parking is very safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been great to have more amenities in the bathroom. I would have also liked to have some water bottles or a water fountain somewhere on the floor, I looked and wasn't able to find a fountain. I would also prefer to have a coffee maker in the room.

very chic and clean and stylish, but not oppressively so. Smart bedroom, bathroom out of a Homes and Gardens magazine. and the sound proofing was excellent. hard to believe we were on the edge of an airport.

we stayed on the 29th December and would much have preferred duvet and bedspread to the very flimsy bedding provided. the pillows were flimsy too. a tiny thing - the bedside tables are made of metal so if you put down a glass - say - in the middle of the night, it makes a noise that can wake your partner!
