We were able to get adjoining rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were clean, and more than adequate for an overnight stay close to the terminal. Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Instructions on how to catch the airport transfer bus need to be much clearer, both on the website and when staff are trying to explain over the phone where to go from arrivals to the transfer area. Instructions regarding "Level Minus 1" are not clear to international travellers. There needs to be easy to follow maps on the website, which needs updating. We took a long time to find the correct area (near the Sheraton on the opposite side to Arrivals after having taken the lift to L-1).

The staff was excellent. They answered all my questions that I asked. Moreover, when I asked the receptionist if it was possible to organize something for my mother, who has a birthday that day, I was told that they would try to come up with something. In the end, the girls presented a cake for my mom and we sang "Happy Birthday" to her. My mother was very impressed and grateful, and I am also grateful to these administrators and waitresses.

The only thing I'd like to mention is the location of the hotel. It wasn't really clear for us how to get there from the airport's terminal. That's why we had to take a taxi, even though the staff later explained me that we could catch a free shuttle. I would welcome giving the transportation information more explicitly (e.g. by notifying your customers in advance, or just by creating some article on your web, which btw now says that there's no any shuttle available...)

Easy to get to using the airport's shuttle service which is free. Professional staff late and easy check-in. Decent breakfast options (except for the scrambled eggs).

There was no water offered, for the money you pay this is not a good start. No sign to say whether or not the tap water was drinkable or not. The air conditioning was not working, so had to keep window open. The fridge was not working, so had to leave our food stuff out in the heat. They do say that if anything is not right they'll fix it, but at 1am you need to just sleep. The scrambled eggs had hardened in the chevron dish making then inedible.

Needed a place to stay near the airport to catch an early morning flight. That's about it, it serves that very purpose. Location is near the airport but not walkable hence please note that. There is a bus that transfers people between the terminals and hotels for free.

The breakfast buffet wasn't that great, neither was the coffee. For the price I wasn't expecting any better. Location felt a bit off and although near the airport please note it is not walkable. If you need to stay near the airport to catch a flight that's the only reason I would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient for 1 night stay after late flight arrival. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection, particularly of pastries and superb eggs. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable & black out curtains great. Would recommend using the free terminal shuttle, it’s not worth paying the €15 hotel shuttle - the distance is very short. Despite previous reviews complaining of the free shuttle drop-off point, we found it very easy (with small bags and good mobility) - you can see the hotel above the tree line from the drop-off point, it’s a 5 minute walk.

Very comfortable rooms / spacious. Airport hotel. 10 in car from terminal. 30 Euros by taxi. 15 Euros Hotel shuttle bus. Order before the travel date. Pick up point from Pharmacy by Easy Jet terminal.. Free shuttle bus also. The hotel needs to put on general information which stops to get on and off at. Hard to use the free shuttle bus after dark as a little walking involved and can't understand as all instructions are in Italian. Need to walk back to main road for return journey also. All great staff. Very helpful. Limited food options available so you may want to bring your own food. / drink. Order breakfast if possible. Lovely breakfast. Lots of choice of hot and cold food as well as plenty of choice of drinks. Lovely staff who all work together very well to provide a great service Very helpful. Please thank them all including the kitchen staff for providing great service. We all really enjoyed breakfast ahead of a long journey. Very easy to get to from Milan Malpensa Airport with a free bus service taking you from the airport to roughly 300m away from the hotel. The buses are frequent as well which is helpful. The rooms are a good size and we loved the extra touch of the choosing the firmness of the bed to your liking (one end of the bed was soft and the other end firmer). The hotel room was also very clean. Good selection at breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The 300m walk from the bus stop to the hotel is not very well lit. I was with someone which is fine but if I was by myself, I am not sure if I'd feel safe. This is at no fault of the hotel but it's worth mentioning.

The staff was very attentive and nice, they even gave us a map to explain the directions to local restaurants and told us how to go to the city centre. We had easy access from the Malpensa airport, just took the shuttle from terminal 1 and got out on "Case Nuove" bus stop. The restaurant was very practical and delicious, so we didn't have to go out everyday to eat. The breakfast included coffee and other beverages, croissants, cheese, boiled eggs and sweets.The room was very big, we had a small fridge, a desk, TV, a kettle with cups and glasses, good wifi, sockets and switches next to the bed. The bathroom had a bidet, shampoo, towels and soap, it was clean. The property has lifts, a snack bar and parking area. We almost didn't hear the planes, even though it's very close to the airport.

Since it's far from everything else, it would be interesting to have an ATM machine in the hotel in case we needed to withdraw money. We had to go to the airport to do that.

Not expensive and clean

No real shuttle bus from hotel to airport. They rely on airport bus going from T1 to T2, the stop is 300 m away. However for 15 euro they arrange a private shuttle

Dinner and breakfast were pretty decent, and we appreciated the gluten free options. The convenient location and size and cleanliness of rooms were good.

We did not like walking the distance from the bus stop. It was raining and there were no sidewalks. When I stepped into the grass on the side of the road to avoid being splashed by cars passing by, I got itchy bug bites on my legs. Also, the bus driver did not announce the stops. We had to ask other passengers to help us since we could not read the bus stop locations from where we were seated. We were in the back of the bus and the back door did not open. We had to yell to ask the driver to stop and open the door to let us out. The staff members were nice, but we had to wait more than twice as long for our rooms than was promised, even though we arrived at the time of checkin. They arranged for us to be in different rooms once we asked why it was taking so long.
