We love you breakfast, the two ladies, the were very nice , and the gentleman who was at the front desk when we arrived he was very pleasant, thank you for everything, and make sure we stay with you next time we go to chihuahua thank you. Victor Suayde.👍

The bedroom was clean and comfy. Beds and pillows were clean and fresh. We enjoyed a lot the pool and the breakfast. Loved the location and all the facilities around the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There were only two old towels in the bathroom.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the fact it is balanced. The available tables were clean and there was always personnel available to clean it up for you. The personnel was always nice and willing to help.

Lack of shadow in parking spaces. It is way too sunny in Chihuahua and my vehicle gets way too hot with the sun. The room I stayed at was equipped with a desk which was immediately next to the A/C. I believe it would be convenient to relocate it to another place that isn't as cold.

Good location, good staff

It was a bit dirty. Place didn’t smell that great. My room smelled like humid pet. The pool wasn’t that clean either.

Breakfast was excellent! Rooms were very clean but we were short a towel. There were 3 guests. Beds were clean but a little too hard. Otherwise everything was fine.

Not enough towels, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good and the staff around the breakfast area were very attentive.

The restroom vent was not working and the phones we're labeled wrong to call the front desk or other rooms.

the zinc was clogged all the last 3 times I stayed in this year 2023

they did not give me a refund on the days we didn’t stay do to a emergency

Clean rooms staff really nice and attentive hotel it's really close to restaurants bars and shopping centers within a walking distance

Bed was a little too hard had a little bit of back pain on morning thought it was just me but my girlfriend was the same. They say breakfast its from 6 to 10 am got there a 9.40 am and they run out of food went to front desk and pretty much was told first come first served. First time that happens at a hotel I've stay.
