Everything was clean and location was good

Very limited water, we asked for the complementary water and were told to go to another desk where we were asked to pay for it. Food and drink from the hotel also very expensive. Otherwise a good hotel.

A great location in Mexico City, very safe and within a 10-minute walk you'll reach an area full of restaurants and cafés. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the classic western standard that you expect when you book a Wyndham :)

There is no water dispenser!!! In a country where plastic is still wasted in these huge amounts as it happens in Mexico, a hotel with a western standard like this definitely should offer A WATER DISPENSER to their guests FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REASONS. I would definitely be willing to pay a few dollars extra per night if this dispenser existed.

The location is unbeatable and I had a studio to my own. The TV was HUGE (which I loved), the bed comfy, and the price was super reasonable. Staff are also very attentive.

The Wi-Fi is pretty poor in general, and, I believe this seems to be a problem with hotels located in central Mexico City, the water temperature in the shower isn't just warm enough. The bathrooms could be a bit more modern, but overall, I didn't dislike my stay.

Good staff and clean hotel. The location is great for the many museums in the park, with the National museo de Anthropology being a must see. also the hotel has a view of the castle and the Chapultepec Park from the 10th floor restaurant - it is a great place for convenient breakfast. Outside of the park and the museums in it, The location is otherwise just OK to good.

didn’t like the choices of restaurants nearby- there are many great ones nearby but they are all in other hotels.

Room was large, air conditioned, shower temp and pressure were fantastic, fridge in room, great view, convenient location, taco stand around the corner was AMAZING. Cleaning person was very kind.

No guest accessible microwave, you can go to the 10th floor and ask them to heat food but I prefer a guest accessible one. TV doesn't always work, wifi connection not reliable

The view from living suite was absolutely amazing. We had unobstructed views of the Chapultepec castle and the Chapultepec park. It was awesome. If you book ask for a high floor facing the park. The suites are very large with a dining room and living room. It felt like a one-bedroom room apartment with a large desk for my Husband and I both to use each of our laptops at the same time. The staff was great, the hotel was clean and the location is a short 5 min walk to the Chapultepec park, 10 min walk to the archaeological museum and several other museums. Restaurant on the rooftop level has a great salmon dish. Awesome location.

overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and staff. i would stay at this hotel again if i were to visit Mexico City again. the only issue i have is that getting to the hotel was a bit cumbersome. it's on a one-way street and you have to drive around several other one-way streets to be able to get to the hotel. the Sky Restaurant on the penthouse/10th floor has a beautiful view of Castillo de Chapultepec. it's a nice place to relax after a long day in the city.

as i mentioned before, the hotel is the middle of a one-way street and in order to get to it, you have to navigate through a confusing labyrinth of other one-way streets. kind of made me feel like a mouse going through a maze in order to get to the cheese.

The location, the staff and the restaurant.

The lack of flexibility of the cleaning. We didn’t have our room changed in three nights. The first day we were still in our room at 12pm. They never returned to redo it until after we returned back and then too late. We were out by 9.45am the next day and on our return it wasn’t cleaned again!!! Not sure why. They came by later so we got waters each day and coffee refills but no cleaning. Air con going on and off doesn’t help sleep.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean; the staff was amazing- helpful and nice! I loved how comfortable the bed was. The only problem was the free Wifi, which logged me out all the time (sometimes mid-call). But in comparison to how welcomed and safe I felt, I consider it a tiny detail.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel was fantastic, especially for Polanco restaurants and Chapultepec. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was nice and had beautiful views of the park. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked through booking.com and on arrival were asked to pay over twice as much as the total on our reservation. They honoured our booking.com price but just be careful if the same happens to you.
