The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. They made the stay worthwhile. The housecleaning staff kept the rooms immaculate.. The staff communication was on point and they treated everyone with the highest level of respect no matter what the situation was. Coming from a place that also deals in high level hospitality services, I commend your staff at this location. Please take care of them and show them your appreciation when you can.

I felt that it was more of a motel facility than a hotel facility.

Clean, sufficient rooms. Helpful staff. The dryer quit working so the hospitality manager quickly addressed the issue & when it was unable to be fixed, she dried my clothes for me. The airport shuttle was so convenient as well. The front desk set it up for me at check in and it was on time.

You get what you pay for. The area was kind of sketchy. Heard a bit of ruckus outside at weird hours of the night. But overall there was no danger posed and the rooms were fine. Needed maintenance as the pool was out of service as well as both of the dryers.

I stayed at the days in most every weekend and I usually in the same rooms/rooms I report things like lights not working and when I return on next stay the same issues are still issues. I know there was a fire there and they state they offer a restaurant and there is none they state there is a pool and the pool has not in able to be used in months you pay for these so you have use of them and they are not available.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Chris at the front desk, who helped me check in, was excellent. He had a great attitude and was very helpful, putting me on the fifth floor and on the far side away from the highway where it was quieter. He also helped me with where I could get food because I checked in after midnight.

The price could have been better for the location, which didn't offer much. Was hard to get around the area.

I did not expect a 5 star hotel but it definitely met our expectations. It was maybe a little dated but it was clean and the staff was helpful. Free shuttle from the airport was nice. Shuttle to the cruise the next day was $15 per person which was ok. There is a small restaurant directly across the street for some quick take out. For a cruise departing from Ft Lauderdale, it was just fine and I would stay there again. Thanks!

Location is great and a good value for the location. If you are a light sleeper however, this may not be the best location for you. It's near the highway and can be noisy. Staff was wonderful and super helpful from the front desk to the manager on shift. I made a mistake with my reservation and they handled it right away and got it all fixed for me.

It's an older property and could probably need a renovation, but for the price point I really can't complain.

Great location for where we needed to go. I always like my room on the 5th floor at the back away from the noise of the train.

I was very disappointed and sad that a fire had occurred in the building with the restaurant and the reception area. I was so looking forward to my good Jamaican breakfast and dinner. Anyway, I hope that area will soon be built back and the restaurant open again.

Bed was comfortable. The clerk gave me a room away from the traffic, and I didn't even have to request it. I didn't hear any trains at night, but don't know if they run at night or if it was just my room location. They arranged transportation to the Port the next day and it was great.

Train tracks and Interstate are very close to the hotel. Include the price of transportation to the Port, like Rodeway Inn does.

I like everything about the hotel it's clean affordable staff are very nice especially the ladies at the front desk location is easy access to bus and express way

My only problem with the hotel is the weed smoking but I don't consider that a hotel problem is with the people that come to the hotel and don't respect that not every smoke the hotel has smoking room and they will still book none smoking then the smoke come true the vents of they can find some how to control that I will give this hotel a 10

When we first moved into the room, it was warm, and the air conditioner wouldn't cool the room. We called the desk, and they sent a service guy up to our room. When he was able to get it going, they moved us to a room down the hall. That room was fine.

The failure of the A/C, but they reacted appropriately. The manager came up and helped us move. There is a restaurant on the premises, but it didn't serve breakfast, so we walked a block to a snack bar.
