The breakfast was good, the area was clean, and the presentation was neat and clutter-free. The open style, natural lighting, and decor created a light, relaxed atmosphere, which was a great way to start the day.

I was not too fond of the air freshener in the entrance lobby; it was overpowering and irritated my sinuses. Additionally, the staff gathering in the hallway at breakfast with loud chatting was an annoyance and disrupted my breakfast, they did not even give way they stood oblivious to the guests going and coming through. - not professional.

Close to the Tri rail station if you want to go Miami or Palm beach. They did not charge me for my amazon packages. Room was nice with microwave and fridge. Breakfast ok.

Unless you have a car you have to take ubers to everywhere which adds up. Not much to see nearby. It was hard to take the free shuttle from the airport. Ended up taking an uber. Once you call them you have to take a right as you exit the terminal (#4) and walk all the way to a long canopy (not the ones where uber picks up passengers) and wait for them there. .

The staff is great! - they were all very kind and helpful and quick to attend to needs. The place overall was clean, modern, and accommodating. The amenities-pool and gym- are simple, well kempt, and relaxed. The location was good : near 24 hour diner, major highway and mass transit stations. Also not too far from several plazas.

Overall good experience- no complaints I took note of the facilities being constantly maintained and improved - there were a couple machines in the little gym that I didn't see how to get powered on, but I didn't make any mention of them to the staff at the time bc it didn't interfere with anything I had to do.

I and my son stayed at the hotel because our central a/c has been out for over a week. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The personnel, especially the young lady at the front desk, was wonderful. She was a pleasure to deal with. All in all it was enjoyable stay. We still don't have our a/c fixed, so we may be coming back this weekend.

The breakfast was okay. I really would have preferred real eggs to powdered, but it was okay. The only thing that I would have you change is to have an ice machine on each floor. Only having one on the Lobby floor was a bit inconvenient.

This my second time here and I love it. It's my staycation spot. The room is comfy and all the amenities are comdating and Oh the breakfast was delicious. Overall me and my companion enjoyed ourselves.

I liked that I was able to be away in solitude. The only thing near was McDonald’s and Dennys. I found the yellow green farmers market three minutes away by cab and wish I knew ahead of time. (Saturday and Sunday only)

The breakfast was horrid except for and thank goodness for the the bagels. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever thrown out because it was not drinkable!

We were to stay at Glo for 1 night then board a cruise ship the next morning, however hurricane Nicole shut the cruise port down for an extra day. There was no problem with the hotel to accommodate us for the unexpected extra night. We are very appreciative for that!

Convenient to everything.

The elevators were a death trap. It would not pass a state test on safety. The door would continue to close whether you were part way through or not. It was no wonder nobody got severely injured.
