The hotel was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The morning desk clerk was very nice and carried our bags down the stairs.

We had one issue with a tub stopper not working, but the desk attendant took care of the problem right away by upgrading our room at no extra charge. The only other issue was there is no elevator, but we only had to climb up one flight of stairs, and the morning desk clerk offered to carry our bags down the stairs when he saw us struggling. The pool is also out of order right now, but we did not go for the pool, but just to relax.

I like the motel because it was pet friendly. Very comfortable beds, nice and clean. Well, lit outside to walk pets. It had a very nice breakfast and a well stocked bar to choose from. One thing that was essive was the 35.00 fee for pets. The only additional work was sweeping up dog hair, which they do anyhow. But all in all, it was a nice place to stay for one night.

A high pet fee. 25.00 would have been more reasonable.

Truly appreciated the breakfast. I figured that it saved me from running out to find a restaurant. SPECIAL NOTE. Restaurants in Brownsburg indiana are for the most part closed on Labor day. There's always a big race event that weekend and they're closed. Really a dumb thing for business. I intend to complain to the towns travel bureau.

Lobby was a bit noisy at 330 am. I was in room 102 right off the lobby. I don't know if it was a guest or employee.

Easy access. Close to the racetrack, which was the reason for picking this location. Staff are helpful.

As a person who never smoked the room had the odour in it. I know this is a huge problem to enforce. The constant fan function on the climate unit made it livable. Second year staying here. It would be nice to have the pool available considering it was over 100° this past weekend. Fixing it or filling it in to remove the option would be proper.

Basically, everything! It was a good experience across the board.

It was a little hard to find the first time, but that passed quickly. Like most motels these days, there was no printed channel list, but the night staff did his best to find one, but it was out of date. Eventually, we found a listing channel, but again as in most motels these days, the selection of channels was not gratifying, due to what their signal provider offered.

Breakfast was very good

We were in room 109 and the tub has big crack with a big band aid on it. My husband has a bad leg and I was afraid he would fall because the tub bottom moved , so the staff moved us to room 112. I’m lucky my daughter showed first But everything was good after that

The breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Loved the waffle maker!

There were ants in our room by the window. Even though there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, there was a noisy couple right next door to us! Wished you would have spaced us out farther!

The self proclaimed "night auditor's" assigned parking spot in the fire lane creating a bottleneck leaving only 1 lane for loading and unloading. The very unprofessional way I was told to move out of her way while my family was attempting to unload our belongings and check in. My apologies Felicia, employees usually park in the back and customers up front. No customer.... No job😏😏😏

Wasn’t much to it, would be nice to bring back a hot breakfast, like many chain hotels is doing again: eggs, biscuits, gravy etc.

Needed the curtains to shut completely, lights from parking lot were seeping into the room.

Staff in the morning was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious for the little bit of time I was there. 7pm-715am.

Staff member in the evening could be a little more friendly. Was very dry and never smiled. There was no bottled water available for purchase from the vending machine, when i ask evening shift her response was "if there is none in the vending machine, you can go to the gas station" not something that a woman alone wants to do. Maybe you could have some bottled water for guest available. The cost was more than I would have expected. I work in the medical field and my employer paid for it.
