I loved the facility! It was much cleaner than other cheaper hotels in the area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also thought the location was perfect, we had a pretty lazy weekend get away, but there were enough food places and stores close enough to be comfortable.
We used some of their kitchen appliances and dishes, and the coffee maker had an old filter with old coffee in it still. That was the only dislike I can say!

Location for my needs was great. I’ve stayed at this location many times in the past-And remains in good condition for the price.
The room was not vacuumed very well. Cracker crumbs on the floor as well as dog food. The room also had no bath towels...Only two hand towels and a wash cloth. I did not complain as the desk clerk was working very hard to assist ALL guests due to being extremely short staffed. I was told upon check in that multiple staff member had called in sick. She was trying very hard to do several jobs and multi task.

The location to what I was doing in Indianapolis. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. Heather and her staff have made this my first choice of hotel when I stay in Indianapolis.
The back door by dumpster has been broken for over a month so it makes it an inconvenience when you have to park back there. When you have to take luggage and other bags to a side door just to get in the building.

The staff was awesome, the room was clean, the court yard was awesome. I would recommend this place over a Marriott.
I can honestly say that my wife and I couldn't find anything we didn't like.
