Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

Good variety, oatmeal was watery, pretty picked over by 8am.

Our key card reader quit working and we were locked out of our room returning from the pool. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing, tried to get us in, promptly called maintenance when they couldn’t and provided towels and blankets so we could get dry and stay warm in the lobby. I commend these 2 reception ladies for their care and attention. It made a situation that could have been very negative much better.

I got the best night’s sleep of this trip here. it was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and not too crowded, so I actually managed to get a decent workout in.

The elevators seem to have been out of commission for quite a while, which is obnoxious when you are on the third floor and have to make several trips because you can’t just use a luggage cart. Also, their accessible rooms all seem to be ironically located on the top couple of floors. What’s inconvenient for me as an able-bodied person could be really problematic for a person with disabilities.

the man at front desk screwed up my reservation and had me calling around to do his job because he deleted out the virtual card information and did not try to help atall as a matter of fact he walked off and left her up front with a line of ppl trying to get checked in he never apologized and his attitude just doesn’t say front desk

$20.00 to check me in 1hr early was not acceptable. I didn't need access to the room I just didn't want to have to come back as I did and wait in line 20 min while I could have been already checked in. Not good customer service. The room 228 has very cracked tile in the bathroom. It degrades the walls as water gets in doesn't add to the quality and may even hold mold.

The hotel was surprisingly updated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! I also loved how powerful the heater/AC unit was.

The walls are thin. We slept in until about 9 and every nearby door closing woke us up. People who spoke in the hall sounded like they were in our room and we could hear other people’s TVs at times.

this location is extremely nice and clean and listen I’ve stay in many of hotels and never once have I every had a Keurig in my actual room and the breakfast is Amazing the staff is very professional and friendly.

I love everything it was nothing i didn’t like.

I didn’t have any issues. The property has a quiet hour policy, which is totally normal and expected; however, I do think that a $250 fine for breaking quiet hours is a bit ridiculous.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good variety and decent hot breakfast. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfy.
