New facilities! Plenty of tech plug-ins! I loved the corner shelf by the full-length mirror — perfect for my hair straightener. Nice shower — I didn’t have to step into a tub! And enough shampoo & conditioner for my hair…bravo.

Somewhat difficult to find because of so many new buildings and businesses.

AC plus for me, bed were comfortable and breakfast was delicious

We ask the front desk to have our room cleaned and change out dirty towels. She said yes we can change out towels etc... but can't cleaned the room 😕 I didn't mind them.cleaning we wanted fresh towels and take out trash. We came back around 10pm and it was never done. Never got fresh towels or dirty towels taken out. Trash was never taken out. I was upset 😡 but didn't call no one just went to bed like that.

This is a great property! The rooms are wonderfully appointed and spacious. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The only negative is the parking lot. Very small and compact. However, the Thanksgiving Point area is pretty jam packed with businesses and houses so it was to be expected.

I have found it rare to stay in a hotel room that has great lighting. The lighting was bright and the window was huge! Finally! Very clean room and bathroom. Great location to Thanksgiving Point, just minutes away, and lots of restaurants in the area.

Clean, close to the interstate and the attractions I was there to see.

Thanksgiving point as a community is a higher cost place. The price while not terrible, was a bit more than I would have like to pay.

The breakfast was great as well as the seating. Both the food area and the eating area was spacious. Everyone was able to walk around and gather their food with proper social distancing. BYU won :)

Nothing. Great location to get to my business meeting. Everyone was professional in their duties which included the folks at check in/out; those who prepared and served breakfast and when leaving the cleaning staff ( an older gentleman) wished me a safe and happy trip with a great smile. My experience was great and I will always recommend Holiday Express to all my associates.

Spacious room, nice sized warm pool with great opening hours, tasty breakfast with hot food that changed daily. Great stay for a family. Right next to Thanksgiving point, lots to do and eat nearby.

Everything was single use plastic or paper, plates and cups and cutlery, couldn't get a cup to use in the microwave!

Clean room. Enough parking. Brakfast included. Great value for the price.

The staff… We didn‘t felt welcome at all. They seemed disturbed through our presence. It was very unprofessional.

The breakfast was yummy, the parking was good, and getting to our destinations from the hotel was a breeze. Staff was kind and helpful and the room was very clean.

While breakfast was tasty, it was the same both days we had stayed. It would have been nice to have some variety in the meats for example. Found a single drinking fountain by the pool, however this unit did not have a back mounted dispenser for refilling water bottles. It would have been amazing if there where stations near the ice machines, but would have settled on one in the lobby and not by the pool. Also, the sofa ended up being a hide-a-bed, it would have been nice to know that from the room description.

Breakfast had plenty of options. We have family relatively close so this is a good area to stay plus we're familiar with the area.

There was yet another snowstorm which took out the television in the morning.
