All the staff were superb! From prior to my arrival, until I left they were very accommodating. My room was lovely and spacious, and on asking for a room with a view, they did provide a view of the marina. The breakfast was lovely as were evening meals I had. Also the pool and interior courtyard was lovely and might be a preferred view by some.

However, there is a main road between the hotel and marina, meaning if the balcony doors were open, it could be very noisy with traffic. A little away from the main beaches so probably would need a car if staying longer than a few days.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and wanted to share some positive feedback. Firstly, I was impressed by the quality of the toiletries they provided. The shampoo, conditioner, and body shower were of a great brand and left me feeling refreshed after a day at the beach. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

The room was comfortable, clean, and easily accessible. Parking garage was well-lit and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel is very conveniently located near family members who live in an apartment complex on the marina,

Breakfast was just okay, especially considering it was $15 and only take-out containers were available (possibly a nod to the pandemic and safety).

unfortunately, far away from the famous Venice Beach unless you have a car or take a taxi. Hotel staff at the reception very arrogant and not polite at all!!!not very helpful what unfortunately affects the quality of the stay.

Very poor sound insulation. Woken up by long telephone conversations in the middle of the night. The hotel was frequented by Indians who evidently spoke with people back home at night.

Extremely friendly staff. Great location. Easy to access electric scooters. Our truck couldn’t fit in the parking garage but there was a parking lot right next to the hotel that we paid a small fee to park in for 24 hours. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff didn’t hesitate to provide extra towels and blankets when requested. Pool was easily accessed and the private sitting area outside the room was cute and comfortable. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

Was double charged for bar tab but it looks like it may have been fixed right away.

A complimentary breakfast is always nice for a traveling in a hurry family, unfortunately there wasn’t one.

Staff was very helpful . Microwave and refrigerator was helpful .

Need night light in bathroom. Very dark at night .,Breakfast $$ for what it was . We got charged for two when only one ate but they refunded it when we checked out . One treadmill in fitness room didn’t work . Staff responded but couldn’t fix it .

Everything was great! Please provide air freshner for rooms thoug, but other than that it was all good!
