I like the style. I like the cleanliness. And I definitely like the location can walk from everywhere

I’d like they’re to be more outdoor space where you can sit and get something to drink. The beautiful outdoor area that’s connected to the restaurant is only open at certain times during the day and evening and it would be great to be able to sit out there More often than it is open.

Being my first time to LA, the lovely woman at the reception desk changed my room so I could have a view of the hills. The hotel was in a quiet area of Beverly Hills, right across from a huge shopping centre and a Target and CVS on the corner. The staff and service are superb, including parking valets, the concierge and the housekeeping staff. The concierge helped me book tours and gave me some great sightseeing/restaurant advice and recommendations. I am going to be in LA at the end of the month, and will be booking here again!

The bed could have been a little comfier, but that's the only - very minor - thing I would say.

The room was lovely and comfortable overall. The bathroom was well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were filtered water stations and a free reusable water bottle (that I am still using!) The location was fairly close to things we were doing in town.

Our room was a bit too close to street level (may have been 4th floor) and we could hear every car load of drunks pulling up or departing in the hotel's driveway. It was quite annoying at night when we were trying to get to sleep. Similarly, we could hear the annoying thump of bad nightclub music wafting up from their ground level restaurant or bar. If I had been staying more nights, I would have asked for a room change.

Check-in was easy. They held our bags for us while we waited for check-in time. The rooms are clean for the most part. Shower works great. Easy to hookup our own streaming device. Room service is prompt.

I booked a room for the Bev. Blvd. view. I have had this room before and it's very quiet for street noise. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade for a room facing the hills; however, there is a school on that side and the noise is astronomical. I did not want to spend my anniversary this way. I called to see if we could switch to another room and was promptly told no, that we had to wait until tomorrow. The gentleman was stern. I called back a few hours later and was told we could immediately switch rooms. I wish the first person didn't lie to me or would have found out if it were possible before telling me no.

it gets really noisy on certain nights until late, mainly Mondays and weekends (we were on the 6th floor and the music was thumping until the early hours at weekend which is a bit disappointing for a high end hotel. I understand there’s a bar which can get lively with events which is great but if that’s the case then the soundproofing needs to be more adequate!

The staff was amazing. Housekeeping did a great job. The location was great. There is a big mall just across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. We walked to Rodeo Drive and The Grove. The beds were comfortable but not the best. The gym exceeded our expectations with every machine possible.

We didn't like the room layout. Although the room was very spacious, there was a lack of furniture. There is a small dresser which serves as a side table and a very odd corner furniture which holds a TV and leaves very little desk space. We ordered room service and it was delivered in a basket. It was very awkward to eat it given the lack of space. There is lots of room to add more working/eating space. The bathroom could also use more storage space given its size.

Room was great, quite, and modern. Larger size . Felt a bit weird that there was nowhere to sit but the desk chair? The water stations to refill your water bottles are a great idea - but no one told me about it on check in, I had to work it out myself. Also breakfast is just a la carte (which is lovely) just not the usual buffet I get at a sofitel - and no one really explained to me how it works - can I order 1 or 2 items? Can I order a side? Am I allowed only one coffee etc. On my last day I had a late flight out so they let me have a quick shower in the gym shower after a day exploring, I appreciated that.

I find plantation shutters irritating as they do not block out enough light. They have the fridges where it is filled with their items and you are charged if you remove them - annoying if you want to chill your own drinks or food. Business centre was little lacking and the musak was on there also. Could use some real chairs there also...those little stools are brutal. Also, the musak on the conference floor was quite loud. Had to do a couple of calls from there and it was tough to find a quieter spot outside of my room (where my son was sleeping).

Quality STAFF STAFF STAFF. Does it stem from management? Training? HR role in hiring quality gems? A realistic guess is that the hotel is lucky to have found so many of them. A gentleman on front desk for example. His name is Haris. Probably one of the Best employees I've met in a 20 year career in the hotel industry. LA, lets face it, Los Angeles has the most superficial and insincere service industry on the face of the planet and after my 10 years of excusing mediocre in LA, I have attempted to admonish this sad city for the longest of times. So in comparison, this Hotel stands alone. All staff I came across seemed genuine and happy in their roles. Thats always a good sign. Also, the resident musicians on this Monday night are world class. GREAT musicians and entertainers. My bedroom was pristine. Certain individual staff members here will be sailing to supreme heights in their futures. Make the most of this hotel. A refreshing and therapeutic stay. Thank you.

The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced.

The bedrooms don’t have dressers just a closet so there is not any space for your clothes and we were there for a week. we had to live out of a suitcase. The lighting in my bathroom was terrible I think there was a problem with ceiling because there wS a big square cut out and I think that was where the lights would have been and exhaust fan didn’t work.
