Breakfast was good. It was a Saturday basic hot buffet only (no menu or other choices) which cost $12. Facilities is older but overall good condition and clean.

A good overall facility and stay. However, I was put in a particular wing whose access was through a small ice machine room with doors which proved to be very tight for a luggage valet cart. Other wings did not have this problem. Just the roll of the dice.

I was woken up by the housekeeping staff knocking at my door at about 7AM after just getting to sleep at a little bit after 4 that same morning. I do rideshare for the KC area and had just finished a session. All I wanted was to take a shower, and sleep for a couple hours before talking to the front desk staff about extending my stay. But that too was cut short as I was told that it was going to cost almost double what I paid to extend out over the weekend. The front desk did credit me back at a discounted rate due to this, but I ended up having to stay at a different location for the weekend

The rooms are very stylish, clean and NICE. The indoor pool is always a hit with our 8 YO son and the hot tub is a bonus for us parents. And it’s almost always much more economical than other comparable hotels in the KC area.

This time the hot tub wasn’t very hot, like at all. it FINALLY began to warm up a bit but only after someone told the staff and someone went down and did something underneath to turn the heat on, but after an hour or so it was JUST a hair warmer than the pool water.

Hot tub wasnt a hot tub, it was a smaller jacuzzi tub. Website said hot tub. Also, had to have the motor changed during my.stay because it wasnt working when I went to use it.

The location was good. We were close to stairs and the elevator. The bedding was clean and fresh. Bathroom was well maintained.

Free breakfast for the price we paid for the stay. Some parts of the hotel need some repair. Breakfast was not worth the $11.00. It is what you would expect from a free breakfast.

Large well lit room, very comfortable beds. Lobby and breakfast area very nice, very clean.

Carpets on our floor heavily stained. "Hot" tub wasn't. Might be a small issue, but should have been 3-4 degrees warmer. In general, it is clear that they are not investing in "prettiness".

housekeeping only pulled trash and replaced towels they didn’t make the bed or anything . so I was disappointed to come back and the bed still a mess. also I was looking forward to having a window of the city instead it was of the pool .

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Check-in staff person was nice. Not too hard to get to.

No vent or air circulation in the bathroom! Hallway on both sides of our room. Could hear people talking going down the interior hallway. Parking lot could use some repairs.

Hotel is really nice. Room big and spacious. Super clean. They even sanitize and packed the remote in a plastic for you to open and use. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. The shower pressure is superb. Centrally located. Close to everything. Right off the interstate. Has a sams club close by to fuel up and wash ur car before you get going the next day.

Nothing I can think of

I did like that there was a bar and grill. We ha just traveled 12 hours, so that was a plus so that we didn't have to leave again and could get a good meal and a few adult beverages.

The only thing was the difficulty in getting to the hotel. The freeway along with the side roads made it difficulty and frustrating for us or to get to. But the location obviously can't be moved.
