Facility public areas and rooms were well cleaned and fresh smelling. Rooms are well equipped with flatscreen TV, minifridge, microwave, and keurig machine,super convenient. Room and bath were clean and well kept with minimal aging details❤️. Full set of bath towels and toiletries are provided, and room service offered daily 😊 safe location, plenty of parking space, and lobby offered infused icecold water, coffee,and fresh fruit for snacking.Thank you for an exceptional stay experience.

A $25 deposit for incidentals charged at checkin which wasn't disclosed at the time of booking, consider discloing this piece of info at the time of booking. Room decor and lighting could use an update, in my opinion, but not a huge deal considering everything is in great condition. Overall great place to stay 👍

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished (desk, closet, night stands with drawers, a fridge and microwave). The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options from pastries to cereal, waffles and warm items with coffee and juice. Some fresh fruit available.

The toilet had low water pressure (had to hold handle to flush). Other guests very loud and could be heard in the hall from room (not exactly facility's fault). No variety in hot breakfast items (potatoes, sausage and egg omelet served both days) and one waffle machine not working.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of choices during breakfast as well. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay!

The exterior was not marked to confirm that we had pulled up to the Hampton Inn. I had to go inside to confirm with the front desk that I had actually arrived at the proper destination.

Excellent location, super clean and modern. Shower was excellent - water pressure is a MUST for this girl. Felt safe and parking was not a problem. Rolling out of bed for a free breakast in the morning was awesome. Best value for the money. Will stay there again!

The hotel is located with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our rooms were nice sized. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure is great and hot.

The only complaint is breakfast they didn't restock many items like yogurt. Eggs were gone an hour before service was over. What was there was okay

It was a plus to have breakfast. The coffee was very good. I would have liked the bathroom to have had a more adjustable shower head in the shower, as well as a heat lamp/fan.

The shower. Also, that we were charged a " transient" tax. I called your 800 number and was told that it will be removed from our bill in a few days. However, you should provide an explanation for this tax. I couldn't understand it until someone at the 800 number explained it. The people at your desk should offer this explanation.

Staff was very helpful, pool was clean. And breakfast was delicious.

They need a vent in the bathrooms so you don’t smell it in the room. Yuck

The location was perfect for our activity in Overland Park. It was quiet & convenient. The facility is very well maintained.

My only complaint was our bed was hard as a rock. It was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was fair. We arrived close to 9:30 and it was full of people and some food items were out.

This was the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at over the years! It was clean, quiet, well-appointed and just relaxing.

That I could not stay longer.
