Breakfast was not available at this property. I liked the shuttle offering.

Appreciated the shuttle, just wish it was more frequent and 24 hours. Also, the shuttle drop off location was changed and we were not pre-warned. I would have worn different shoes. Also, I would have given the highest mark for staff, had 2 young female employees who were by the pool folding towels outside not ignored me when I walked up to asked them a question about where I could charge my phone. I finally said, hello, am I invisible? This happened around 11am on check out day. One of them then walked me over to the outlet. She made me feel as if I had burdened her.

Free parking and Vallet service. Very friendly staff. Great kitchenette facilities, fridge was good size. Pool was amazing and welcome retreat at the end of the day. Rooms were large and well organized.

It is a bit further from the strip, but there is a free shuttle. Would have been nice for more hours at night during the week, but we did not mind walking.

the room was comfortable and fairly well equipped! the free valet and shuttle bus are great! excellent views over vegas! the check in staff were friendly and helpful. stand out facility is the pool which is probably the best pool area I have been in on any trip I have done. so relaxing with lovely music and lots of space without crowds! plenty of lifts meant you didn’t have to wait to long to get around the hotel. amazing value for money compared to the rest of California/ Nevada/ Arizona!

the marketing staff need to properly inform guests about the 90 minute Wyndham time sharing ‘presentation’ they give you good incentive tickets but only after a fairly intense 90 minute session with the aim of getting you to sign up to the Wyndham Club. There could be better organisation with the concierge who took an age to get us our luggage after 3 phone calls downstairs and I personally had to walk down to remind them which luggage was ours!

I was very pleased with my stay! The room, staff and services definitely added to ambiance of my stay. Will be staying here on future short Vegas trips.

My son and family didn’t have a pleasant experience during initial checkin, their room was trashed! I hope this is an unorthodox event and not the norm for this hotel. Additionally, room service shouldn’t be an additional charge for guests. This charge will definitely sway my decision to stay at the Desert Blue if I plan to stay in Vegas longer than 3 days.

The pool was great! For the heat

The confusion on double beds we began with a pull out sofa not to comfortable. But it’s not staffs fault or mine it’s booking through a 3rd party very understandable. But they kindly swapped me out in the morning. Found a bug in restroom took it Libby couldn’t distinguish what it was.

Nice 1 bedroom, fairly well equipped

Initial check in was quick and informative,but required to have second check in with concierge. Waited 20 minutes behind 1 member, then concierge blew us off. Farther from strip than expected. Free Shuttle takes guests there but last pick up is 930 pm

Very friendly staff and always happy to help with any question we had. Free upgrade to a larger room that has full kitchen kit upon my request and the room is super spacious with a jaccuzi, beautiful pool area, large parking lots for free. Strongly recommend!

It was away from the strip so it was easy to get around. Valet 24/7 was nice. Alex with member services was the greatest. Super nice and helpful and helped us out a lot. Definitely welcoming.

All the staff smiled and waved. It was nice to see that.

Too many children. It's expected I suppose since it's a family oriented hotel. However I'd prefer a more adult oriented stay. None the less it was a fantastic experience.

Really large, clean, comfortable mini-suite at a very reasonable price.

Very poor communication between Booking.com and the hotel. We arrived about three hours after making the reservation on Booking.com and were told that they hadn't received the reservation. Had to wait much longer to check-in than normal.
