I don't know about the other towers, but I stayed at the Alexandria tower and wow, it was lux, dark cozy hallways and when I got into my room I was in awe! Large king size bed, lots of seating, fridge, big "peek a boo" shower and there was a mirror over the bed. Fun room and the lobby was pretty awesome, felt very exclusive. Starbucks is on the first floor and the place is super clean. The front desk person that took care of me was really friendly and personable. This is light years away from what the Sahara used to be! Definite improvement. Another plus right off the Alexandria tower there is the entrance to the monorail. Quick ride to all the other casinos at the strip!

The security dudes at the Alexandria tower probably need a vacation, they look serious and grumpy. Not many options for plant based food in the casino. But there is always Uber Eats....

Room was clean and very nice! Recently updated. Shower was fantastic! staff friendly & helpful. The restaurants, spa, adult pool & valet service were exceptional!

The mattress was uncomfortable & had a deep sunken hole on one side where ppl probably sit to look at themselves in mirror. The phn didn’t work & the fridge leaked. reported to front desk 3 times but not fixed however they took off resort fees to compensate so that was a win!

great staff, good location to the festival grounds, and great restaurants.

bathroom was not fully clean. shower had hair coming out of the drain. we were not told about requesting room cleaning and didn’t have any towels.

The room was very modern , nice and big and also very clean. We had a problem with the air conditioning and it was solved by the hotel and a very nice technician.

The pool for families is very crowded and small and also shallow which we did not expect. One day they closed it earlier than six o’clock without any notice and the staff was very rude when asked why. If you are looking for a hotel with a great pool this is not the hotel. We hardly used it even with 3 kids that love pools. The location is not that good as you are not close to the interesting part of the strip nor the Fremont street. After being there we would have chosen a hotel with a better location. The staff was generally not very nice.

The rooms are value for money Free car park Gym is good plus there are bottles of water available Staff are pleasant Quiet location but Monorail is on the doorstep

Charged a gratuity for cleaners yet no cleaners came into my room over the 4 days ! Lifts are extremely slow and can be frustrating Loads of work being carried out on hotel Your advise that the downstairs pool is over 21s only due to alcohol being served, yet the family pool on the roof still serves alcohol !

The Casino and lobby were great. Those areas were updated and super clean. The convenience of the Monorail and how easy it was to get from our rooms to actually board the monorail was perfect. We only had a short walk from our room to get on the monorail which isn’t the case on all properties (some you have to walk a long distance until you can actually board the monorail). Our favorite part of our stay was the staff. Every staff member we came into contact with was exceptional! We will definitely be back! Thanks Sahara!

I like the spacious lobby area there were so many comfortable places to sit and relax. eat, watch tv, meet over guess.

I didn't like there were nothing for the children to do, we didn't get a chance to get in the beautiful pool because of weather conditions. I didn't like there was no shuttle transportation to airport. I also liked the room but there were no bathroom towel bars, or hooks to hang towels. I didnt like they had no game room only fitness, it just wasn't family friendly. I didn't like we had to rent a vehicle outside the facility because we weren't informed to register when we checked and needed a 2 day notice for the onsite Interprise car rental.

The hotel was pretty much perfect across all possible criteria. I especially liked the value for money, given that it was hands down the best place we stayed in the US, AND the cheapest one (probably Las Vegas is simply cheaper than LA or San Francisco, but still...). As with all other major hotels in Las Vegas, the complex offers every type of facility and establishment that you need to make you not leave the premises (if you so wish). It's well connected to transportation, even with private bridge access to the monorail. Plus, it also offers a secondary entrance that is much closer to the elevators and avoids a very long walk through the entire casino and all its amenities.

Even though the value for money, per night, was quite nice (as I say above), the prices of the rest of the complex, namely the coffee shop and the restaurants, were exorbitant. We also requested laundry service and, for this type of establishment, we were really expecting one to exist (it didn't). The area around the hotel isn't as lively or pleasant as in the very center of the strip, but not a major issue.

The hotel is a nice place to stay, but the policy of not providing everyday room cleaning is not acceptable. After all we are paying for comfort.

Daily room maid service should be provided. At least the garbage should be taken out daily.
